2022.05.20 Experimental Feature - Email Notifications when Image Uploaded

Something I have been mulling over for a LONG while is setting up email notifications for people when a new photo is uploaded. After a bit of thinking I have turned ON the ability for people to get an email when ANY album gets a new photo added to it.

A few notes:

• REJOICE if you are an occasional user as this will ensure you know when something new is up!
• Mails are sent to your signup e-mail and at this point you cannot alter the email to go to a different address.
• This is feature is EXPERIMENTAL and may be turned on or off down the line depending on use, abuse or server load.
• You will be notified on ANY upload or update to ANY album (as far as I know)
• You can Subscribe by clicking on the checkbox in the sidebar widget.
• You can Unsubscribe by clicking again on the same box or by using the link provided in an update mail
• The frequency of mails is set to check every 15-30 minutes and send out mails if something new is added.
