Luna is called to a court of inquiry at Growth Lab 1 following the Highland Mall growth outbreak and leaves the dampers off to try and prove the energy is under control, but discovers that her prosecutor has a new gamma-green muscle mutation.
===== Synopsis =====
Luna Masters is called to a court of inquiry at [[:building_seven|Building Seven]] in [[:growth_lab_1_location|Growth Lab 1 (Location)]] to answer for the [[:highland_mall_incident|Highland Mall Incident]]. Representing the opposing side to Luna is [[vivian_prince|Vivian Prince]]. Vivian Prince begins her argument by showing video documenting how the [[:growth_energy|growth virus]] has not been contained in various scenarios. Luna states that her team is constantly finding solutions but the challenge is adapting to the frequent [[:mutations|]] in the growth virus. Luna states that they have turned off the [[:dampers|]] at Growth Lab 1 and assures the [[:judge_glu017-357|Judge]] they should be safe because no current mutations are present in the courtroom. However, a mutation arises in Vivian Prince causing her, Luna, and the Judge to begin to grow. Vivian's growth mutation causes her skin and hair to turn green along with [[:giga|Giga]] [[:female_muscle_growth|Female Muscle Growth]] taking place. Luna and Vivian grow out of Building Seven and reach a [[:stable_size|stable size]] at which point they agree that the dampers must be turned back on.
