The scene starts with a flashback during Growth Lab 6's Prom Night Incident. Roger Benton and Yvette Hernandez are having sex outside the gym of Killian University and Benton remarks that it is his first time. Benton and Yvette both unload and shrink back to normal. After getting clothes Benton tells Yvette he will go inside to help and Yvette goes to call the police about the continuing growth outbreak. On his way inside Benton runs into Julie Warner who has started growing. Benton blames Naomi Furihara as the source of the growth and both he and Julie grow out of their clothes and have sex, once again unloading and shrinking back to normal. Soldiers approach Benton and Julie and detain the pair along with other students, placing energy dampers on their wrists and loading them in a van. Benton assures the students that the soldiers know what they're doing while outside the van Private Jones (GLU025-13) notices growth energy flooding the area. The soldiers start growing and Jones is unable to clear the growth energy, realizing that someone nearby must be dumping energy into the area. Inside the van, Benton grows again and the students in the van grow as well with one of them unable to cum and let her energy out. Jones bursts out of her clothes and notices the commotion inside the van, noting that she finds the growth exhilarating which is contrary to what the government told her it would be like. Jones and the sergeant, who has also grown, start having sex.

Meanwhile, a male and female soldier in decom mech suits attempt to quell the outbreak in the van area but they quickly overload and grow out of their suits. The female mech decom rigs a temporary override placing the suit chest plate over her nipple and unloads to reset everybody to normal size. Benton immediately starts growing again along with Private Jones (GLU025-13), but she refuses to have sex with him so Benton masturbates and unloads energy directly onto Robin (GLU025-32) and her female friend who were standing nearby taking pictures. Both Robin and her friend immediately grow out of their clothes and Benton grabs them, squeezing their breasts and unloading energy. Nearby, Felicia Johnson's date starts growing and she unsympathetically comments that he'll lose the deposit on the suit and walks toward a growing group asking if she can join in. Thirty minutes later Richard Hammon finds Benton and the students groggily waking up after unloading energy. Benton notices Felicia Johnson walking away naked and he and Richard follow after her. Benton helps Felicia put her bra back on but grows in the process, although he remains normal from the neck up and still mentally coherent. Felicia starts to grow again, her bra popping off and Benton grows again reverting to his normal grown demeanor. Felicia mocks Benton's growth and he challenges her to do better. Felicia starts growing and instead of the normal female growth she gets an elongated chin, and grows more muscular and monstrous, yelling that she wants more energy. Decom mech units continue to spread out to contain the outbreak as more students grow and have sex.

Back in the present time, after Catalyst Junction (GLU024), Benton is on Killian Base and gets approached by Luna who states she has good news, telling Benton they've isolated the growth energy. Benton is skeptical of the claim but Luna states she needs his help but first she wants to prove something. Luna points out that the room has double walled energy shields and then shows Benton the teapots she brought in contain energy milk from her discharge after unloading. Luna reminds Benton that contact with energy discharge causes immediate and contagious growth and then asks him to have a drink which he refuses. Luna demonstrates herself by drinking the fluid and showing Benton that she does not grow afterward. Luna states they both need to drink the entire pot for the experiment to complete so Benton agrees and they both start pouring glasses from the teapot and drinking. Benton notes that the taste is fantastic and eventually they finish the whole pot. Luna replies that she can supply more from her breasts which have started to grow and proceeds to expel milk into the cups as Benton asks to get it straight from the source. Luna asks Benton to fuck her before the alarms go off in their area and a growth outbreak begins on Killian Base. Bill Riggs starts growing nearby and asks for a decom. Meanwhile Luna and Benton have sex and eventually unload.

Alexander Dunn greets Luna Masters who is sitting down dejected because her breasts are now more normal sized. Luna asks Alexander for a favor, to get access to the original growth lab so she can figure out if her current state of being constantly infected by the growth virus is permanent. Luna says she is tired of causing all the energy outbreaks and is disgraced having been expelled from the military with no pay. Alexander agrees to get Luna to the lab and once there deactivates the alarms. Luna states she needs to use a base prototype for decom units which is supposed to be the most powerful currently available. Luna asks Alexander to investigate something and while he is gone places herself inside the chamber. Alexander thinks Luna is trying to do a total decom but Luna reveals she reprogrammed the machine to instead fill her with energy. As the machine turns on, Luna laments that everyone was right about her in that deep down she loves growing. Luna immediately grows again to a humongous size and then opens her nipple and inserts the transfer orb from the machine inside her breast to absorb more energy. Alexander grows as well and begins having sex with Luna.

After unloading, Luna Masters realizes she needs to escape before the army arrives but her breasts are still extremely large so she hooks them up to a mechanized decom pump to reduce her size. Luna puts on a new set of clothes but runs into Bill Riggs in the hallway as she tries to leave. Luna panics and starts growing causing Bill to grow as well. Luna runs away but her enlarged breasts start spurting fluid and she falls to the floor having an orgasm. As Luna tries to unload her energy Private Veronica (GLU025-82) approaches in a decom suit which she quickly grows out of, noting Luna is very full of energy. Luna unloads her energy and Veronica is able to absorb the excess and decom the area.

After the incident at the old growth lab, Hannah Stromberg asks Luna Masters how Private Veronica (GLU025-82) was able to drain her. Veronica enters before Luna can answer and asks for Luna's help in exploring the wreck of the Luxembourg to find an answer to the growth virus. Once on board they find the batteries for the matter transporter and Luna laments that she helped design them but everyone that was transported became a possible growth outbreak. Luna finds the energy transfer capsule that's the heart of the system and suspects it is the cause for the infection. Suddenly a soldier catches Luna and Veronica by surprise and demands they follow him but Luna and Veronica force themselves to grow out of their clothes. They continue to grow, however, and Luna feels a buildup of energy inside her. The male soldier, who is also growing, warns them this is government property and begins having sex with Veronica and then Luna until they all unload.

After decom, Luna Masters and Private Veronica (GLU025-82) are being taken in a shuttle to what Luna suspects is a containment cell. Luna states she doesn't want to wait around and begins growing, urging Veronica to as well. Veronica and Luna grow and orgasm and successfully teleport into Ian Jonas' house where Hannah Stromberg is currently visiting as well. A few hours later, Luna explains to Hannah that the main converter on the Luxembourg is the partial cause of the growth outbreaks and suggests a massive global discharge to reset the system. Hannah replies that doesn't work and Luna volunteers to be the one to absorb the excess energy. Luna also states they have Hannah's single successful super soldier who is also immune to growth radiation but Hannah is apprehensive to let him help. Luna states she will just do it herself and storms away. Ian goes to talk to Luna and Luna asks for his help while growing and Hannah finds the two and starts growing as well. Ian asks Luna and Hannah to leave before they wreck his house but Luna and Hannah get into a grow-off and end up destroying his house anyway. Ian also begins to grow as he worries about the stuff back in his house that is being destroyed.

Nearby, Ian's neighbor Richard (GLU025-109) lets Margaret (GLU007-80) in to his house and she has a seat as Richard gets ready for an outing. Margaret notices the commotion happening outside and she and Richard start to grow, Richard proceeding to squeeze Margaret's nipples. Meanwhile, Roger Benton and Alexander Dunn are driving to Ian's house having been called by Hannah. Benton remarks to Alexander how it is harder to revert back to normal the more he grows over time and that now he wants it all the time. Benton and Alexander grow in the car but eventually reach Luna, Benton has sex with Luna until they return to size. However after reverting to normal size Benton is still having sex with Luna but Benton's penis remains extremely large and is stuck inside Luna. Benton squeezes Luna's breasts and utters the trigger phrase so that Luna absorbs enough energy for him to dislodge and leaves Luna sleeping on the floor. Luna wakes up some time later and gets some clothes, committing to find a way to prevent the next breakout.

Luna Masters goes to Professor Simon Roberts and asks for an energy scan on herself to which he agrees. During the energy scan Roberts notices Luna is saturated with the growth matrix but is quickly knocked out and the assailant utters the trigger phrase making Luna grow until she blows and collapses. Some time later Luna wakes up and finds Professor Roberts. Professor Roberts gets up and accidently grabs Luna's breast but she grabs his hand after he retracts and asks him to massage her more. Professor Roberts and Luna have sex and unload again.

Luna Masters is brought before a court of inquiry under accusation of forty incidents of destruction and three hundred accounts of lewd and inappropriate conduct. Luna retorts that she is responsible for the transportation technology but the court continues to berate her and so Luna starts to grow, causing the others in the room like the Court Secretary to grow as well. Meanwhile in the back of the inquiry room Benton is locked in a room and begins to grow as well. Luna and Benton meet up and have sex and while they are passed out a mysterious figure takes them and puts them on a shuttle along with Anne Furihara and her daughter Mika Furihara.

Luna Masters and Roger Benton are on a shuttle with Anne Furihara and her daughter Mika Furihara heading to orbit. Hannah Stromberg contacts Luna telling her the shuttle is heading to deep space where the government wants to test a new energy source using Luna, the Furiharas, and Benton as a catalyst. Benton starts growing along with Luna who is piloting the ship so she asks Mika to take over as the growth energy is making her forget how. Mika attempts to fly the ship but finds herself growing as well while Luna starts to have sex with Benton. Anne Furihara finds herself needing a release and joins in the growth too, having sex with Benton while Luna is resting. Mika ends up about to cum from filling up with energy and the subsequent orgasm discharges all of it, shrinking everyone on the shuttle back to normal.

Luna Masters and Roger Benton put on space suits in order to dismantle the security grid around an energy bomb in orbit. Arriving at the bomb Luna says it will be simple to deactivate but Benton notifies Luna from the shuttle that there are hundreds of them, too many to be able to disarm in time. Benton and Luna try to evacuate the area but the energy bombs begin to trigger around them and they start growing. All of the energy mines activate and Luna says they have one chance to avoid blowing which is to reroute the ship's decom shield to the pattern buffer. Luna notes that the mines were placed by the U.S. government so some other group must be using the growth energy as well. Benton grabs Luna's breasts and she is unable to complete her tasks so all the mines detonate and Benton and Luna fall to Earth. On earth Luna is approached and congratulated for “stopping” the satellites and that a committee wants to see her.

Bill Riggs is dumbfounded that Luna Masters is receiving an award and tells her that he thinks it's bogus and that they will have to see what happens. Later that night Senator Hildebrant (GLU025-160) congratulates Luna and Luna thanks him for reinstating her into military service. Luna gives a short thank-you speech but she begins to grow midway. Senator Hildebrant expresses excitement as he grows and Luna realizes that he wanted her to grow and infect the room. Looking around Luna sees various people like Judge Wagner (GLU025-166) excited to experience the growth energy firsthand. Luna tells Senator Hildebrant she expects to be reimbursed for her dress and clothes as she continues to grow. Joan (GLU005-1) is hit by growth energy and she says it is painful and undergoes a slightly more monstrous transformation, getting long sharp teeth. Hildebrant explains to Luna that this is what he wanted, that he was the one to set the space mines so Luna could soak up energy and that now they will take it back from her. After discharging Luna escapes, worried now that a whole section of the U.S. Congress has been infected.

Luna Masters puts on clothes and finds Bill Riggs in his office. Bill knows about Luna's infection of the congressman and then welcomes Senator Hildebrant (GLU025-160) into the office, surprising Luna. Hildebrant tells Bill about the infection the night before and then asks Bill about his experience with growth. Bill starts growing and Hildebrant and Luna follow suit. Luna states she's been soaking up energy for days and starts to overload, her stomach bloating out. Luna continues to expand, her body going spherical until she explodes.

Later on, Luna Masters recounts the recent experience where she overloaded and exploded to Hannah Stromberg while Roger Benton and Bill Riggs pipe in. Luna is called back to the Holo Lab to test an experimental decom machine. Everyone places a virtual reality headset on and the simulation begins, Luna asks them to run the full energy spectrum. Luna and Benton immediately start growing so Luna changes from regular clothes to her commander decom suit and then restarts the simulation. Some time later, Luna has run through thirty-six simulations and overloaded in each one. The verdict is that they can't do a full test of the machine yet and they need a new generator. Another scientist states that they don't have time to build it and what they need is a new storage method for the energy.
