Sherri Summers enters Lab 02 looking for Dr. Susan Lee Hughes and Rebecca Smith but the two are nowhere to be found, although the room is a wreck. Before she leaves Sherri eats one of the chocolate candies on Dr. Hughes' desk, and finds the taste to be very unappetizing. Sherri then heads to track practice and is berated by Coach Connor for being late and ordered to run ten laps and one hundred push-ups. While doing the push-ups Sherri notices they are harder to do than she remembers and a button pops off her shirt in the process. She asks for a soda from her friend Naomi Furihara and reflects on the chest pains she feels while Naomi notices that Sherri's breasts are larger than normal.

Sherri Summers' sister Anne Summers arrives to pick her up and Sherri departs, still slowly growing. Naomi Furihara decided to go and ask Dr. Susan Lee Hughes about the candy. Naomi notes that the candy looks normal as she approaches it in Lab 02. Sherri complains that she feels hot, specifically her chest, sitting in the passenger seat but her sister ignores her and stops to grab fast food. Sherri continues to grow while Anne is busy getting the food until the point that her shirt is ripped apart and her bra is about to break.

Naomi Furihara assumes the candy is discarded residue from a previous experiment, noting that Dr. Hughes had showed her something similar the year before. Naomi assumes the candies effects are not permanent, lasting no more than an hour based on what she remembers of previous tests. Naomi swallows the candy, noting that she always wanted large breasts even if it was temporary. At first nothing happens and Naomi wonders if she should eat the rest of the candy, but soon her butt grows and her feet burst out of her shoes. Naomi quickly grows out of her clothes, contemplating that she may have eaten too many candy samples.

Sherri Summers' breasts snap her bra and start spouting liquid and Anne Summers finally notices her sister's predicament. Sherri asks Anne to leave the car as she feels like she is about to burst, so Anne gets out and approaches a Police Officer in their squad car to ask for help. The police officer brushes Anne off, saying to call an ambulance because she is off duty. As Anne bickers with the police officer her breasts and butt start to grow until her breasts split through her shirt and jacket. The police officer promptly arrests Anne for indecent exposure and puts her in the back of the squad car. Before she can drive off the police officer begins to grow as well. Both ladies grow out of their clothes until they fill the squad car. At Lab 02 Naomi is at a stable size and decides to wait it out to see if she shrinks soon. Kristen Redding, a friend of Naomi's enters the room and is surprised to see Naomi in her grown state.
