At CIA Substation 17, two hundred miles below the Nevada desert, Rebecca Smith is being escorted by two guards when her knees buckle and she says she feels funny, a feeling she hasn't felt in a while. Rebecca's breasts explode out of her shirt and the guard on her left also grows while the one on her right steps away from the two stating she is not ready to get infected again. Despite her best efforts the second guard also grows out of her clothes and states angrily that the cause must be Naomi Furihara.

Naomi Furihara is walking on the surface with a portable transmitter looking for the CIA substation 17. Naomi's friend Catherine (GLU007-3) walks up and notifies Naomi that their friend Sam is waiting and the two head back. While walking Naomi's breasts start to slowly grow and she tries to hold it back while also hiding it from Catherine. Catherine's breasts start to grow as well and she asks Naomi if she was really cured from the infection. Both girls' breasts burst out of their shirts but Naomi is eventually able to revert them both to normal size, although she realizes that she must actively concentrate on staying small to avoid growing again. Both girls put on new clothes and then join their friends Donna (GLU007-5) and Steve (GLU007-5) who are driving everyone in their van to a rave party out in the Nevada desert. Once inside the van Naomi notices Donna and Steve both start to grow but it happens so slowly no one makes a big fuss about it. The group arrives at the rave party which is being held on the surface directly above CIA Substation 17. Naomi internally muses that she will find what she is looking for, and is not afraid to cause a growth outbreak in order to do so.

Catherine (GLU007-3) splits from the group to meet up with her friend Joan (GLU005-1) while Donna and Steve prepare for the show. Joan meets up with Catherine outside the tent for the band Santa's Deer and Catherine complains that she needs to sit down because she is too hot, and her breasts starting to overflow out of her outfit. Joan helps her to a parade float that looks like a pirate ship and ushers her inside for privacy. Once inside, Joan starts to grow, her breasts unzipping her jacket while Catherine shrinks down slightly. Both ladies are approached by a handsome man who Catherine swoons for and he offers them costumes to wear that consist of a leotard with fishnets around the legs and arms and belts with an animal face on the front and spiked tendrils poking out from the waist. Joan ponders where all the energy is going since they are both no longer growing.

Naomi angrily asks two guys what they are staring at and then notices that her butt is growing, her jeans splitting in the back. Naomi feels energy rushing into her, presumably the energy that left Catherine and Joan, and she is unable to contain it, her rear end grows rapidly shredding her jeans as she crouches on the ground, a crowd gathering around her. Naomi loses control and starts to unleash energy on everyone in the vicinity causing growth outbreaks among the various attendees, including Trish Bellflower.

Private Lewis (GLU007-12) is undercover at the rave party and alerts Lisa Westing that she has located Naomi Furihara. After doing so, Private Lewis' transceiver breaks and she begins to grow, her breasts shredding through her top just as Lisa Westing and Officer Benson (GLU007-14) arrive on the scene. Naomi is larger then the tents at the rave party by this point but Lisa Westing is successfully able to decom Naomi back to normal size while only experiencing moderate breast growth, mockingly stating to Naomi that she didn't even lose a button in the process. More of the party attendees approach Westing and Benson for decom, and Westing asks Benson to take charge as Naomi is still producing energy causing Westing to pop a button on her top. Officer Benson decoms a group of grown attendees and his suit cracks and subsequently overloads. Benson bursts out of his suit and the attendees start to grow again. Westing comments that her bra has snapped and her breasts burst from her jacket as she continues to grow. Naomi approaches Catherine (GLU007-3) and Joan (GLU005-1) begging them to help her grow and teach Lisa Westing a lesson. Both Joan and Catherine quickly grow out of their clothes as Naomi encourages them to blow. Catherine begs Naomi not to make her blow but Naomi refuses and squeezes her nipples until Catherine unloads her energy.

At the CIA Substation Monitoring Post Eddie Kingston and Liz Holland are both sitting at a table, monitoring a levitating energy crystal. Holland realizes that Naomi Furihara must have 'cut loose' at the rave party as energy begins flowing into the crystal causing both her and Kingston to start growing. Kingston puts up little resistance and grows quickly out of his clothes, Liz works to fight the growth although her breasts slowly expand larger out of her uniform. Liz asks Eddie to throw the switch to turn on the dampers as the room is filling with sleeping gas. Eddie decides instead of turning on the dampers to switch them off completely and both continue to grow until the sleeping gas knocks them out. Outside the room Tanya Rivers/"Sarge" orders a team of Star Labs Decom Agents to open the door. Holland wakes up and notifies Sarge that Kingsten flipped the damper off while one of the Star Lab Techs feels her helmet begin to tighten. The second star lab agent presses a button on her transmitter to secure the area, keeping the energy from infecting the rest of the base and encourages her partner to relax to make the initial growth less uncomfortable.

Sarge makes it outside the room as the doors close but some liquid energy is squirted on her from Holland before the doors shut and she begins growing, asking a nearby private for some energy pills. The private gets the energy pills and warns Sarge not to take too many; After doing so and returning to normal size both ladies drive off on a golf cart and get to a terminal to warn everyone about the infection on base to keep it from spreading. Speaking to Professor Diana (GLU007-26) over video chat they notify her that it is a full scale infection and the professor orders her assistants to activate the sealants and is notified that the internal dampers are barely holding.

Professor Diana (GLU007-26)'s assistants do their best to manage the energy influxes by rerouting power to various systems but the three of them slowly grow out of their clothes one by one. Diana (GLU007-26) starts to unload her energy as her nipples become obscenely engorged.

One of the assistants establishes a lock on Naomi Furihara's energy wavelength but before she can isolate the signal a feedback loop hits, causing her hips to expand rapidly and shreading her jeans. As the rest of the personnel in the room continue growing, three Class One Decoms consisting of Captain Decker (GLU007-33), Private Holly (GLU007-33), and Private Karen (GLU007-35) approach the sealed room from outside to start siphoning energy. Captain Decker (GLU007-33) immediately starts a power drain on the room despite Holly protesting that they don't know how much energy is contained inside.

Captain Decker (GLU007-33) is immediately overwhelmed by the influx of energy from the sealed room but manages to absorb it all. Private Holly (GLU007-33) takes Captain Decker right away to the Shuttle Mini-Lab to get checked out despite her protesting that she is fine. Once at the lab Decker can feel herself growing and Holly and Private Karen (GLU007-35) confer privately and agree that Decker needs to be isolated until they reach the main lab where Dr. Susan Lee Hughes is. The Shuttle Tram takes off toward the main base lab and, Decker storms angrily into the bathroom where she finds the chololate candies from Dr. Susan Lee Hughes' experiments. Holly later goes in to check on Decker and finds her sitting on the floor holding her stomach and realizes that Decker has eaten all the candy samples in an attempt to dissipate the energy inside her. Holly and Karen lay Decker on a table as she starts to show signs of energy buildup, her legs shaking and her breasts expanding in violent spurts. Dampers are activated and Decker tries to contain the buildup but she continues growing in volatile waves with her breasts exploding out from her jacket and her feet bursting through her shoes. Holly tries to comfort Decker and gets sprayed in the mouth by energy fluid bursting from Decker's nipples. Karen helps to siphon energy from Decker which works briefly but Karen immediately starts growing shortly thereafter and Decker starts growing again. Holly is able to successfully decom both Karen and Decker as the shuttle arrives at Dr. Hughes' Lab. Rebecca Smith leads the freshly decomed team to meet with Dr. Hughes.

Dr. Susan Lee Hughes asks the Class One Decom team to put on jumpers and follow her. Rebecca Smith suggests that they put the team on lockdown since Naomi Furihara is still casuing a growth outbreak on the surface but Dr. Hughes insists that they must proceed and not to worry about Furihara. Captain Decker (GLU007-33) comments on how unfamiliar and unique Naomi's energy patterns are after having experienced them firsthand. Dr. Hughes asks Rebecca Smith to join the three class one decoms on the grid below in order to do a calibration, which she obliges. Once Rebecca reaches the others the door shuts behind her and Dr. Hughes informs the ladies that a feedback loop is hitting and Rebecca starts growing. Private Holly (GLU007-33) notes that it may be difficult to contain Rebecca since she was one of the first two infected and could theoretically 'go critical' as fast as Furihara does. The group is able to decom Rebecca with relative ease reverting her to normal much to Rebecca's relief. Upstairs a shadowy figure is seen ordering Dr. Hughes to increase the energy saturation in order to test the crews ability to contain the energy. The figure is revealed to be General Hannah Stromberg, and she states that she wants to see what the Class One Decoms can do against someone similar to Furihara.

Rebecca Smith is bombarded by energy and falls to her knees as her hands grow and her glasses fall off, cracking on the floor. Rebecca quickly starts growing out of her clothes, her feet bursting out of her shoes and her bra snapping as her breasts tear through her blazer jacket. Captain Decker (GLU007-33) grabs Rebecca's hand to try and siphon energy but is pulled up off the floor as Rebecca continues to grow. Private Holly (GLU007-33) and Private Karen (GLU007-35) join in to help siphon energy from Rebecca. Rebecca is eventually decomed and she falls to the floor exhausted. Holly notices that Rebecca still looks unstable and Decker points out that something is funneling the excess energy from Naomi Furihara into their cell. Rebecca starts growing again at an even faster rate and the Class One Decoms do their best to siphon the energy. Dr. Hughes remarks on how well they are absorbing the energy and Hannah Stromberg orders her to push the output to full power. Rebecca continues to grow larger while the decom team begins to reach their storage limit. Dr. Hughes warns Hannah that the team will overload but Hannah says to proceed as planned. The decom team reaches their limit but still does their best to decom Rebecca as they start growing. Hannah and Dr. Hughes begin to grow as well from their vantage point. Hannah Stromberg mutters triumphantly that she will be able to meet Furihara on even ground as her breasts expand out of her military jacket. The decom team has nearly grown out of their jumpers and Dr. Hughes is bursting out of her clothes as well while Hannah excitedly grows at a much faster rate.

Hannah Stromberg's breasts explode out of her jacket as she yells that she wants all of the energy. Dr. Susan Lee Hughes warns Hannah that she can't control the energy but Hannah retorts that she is in complete control as she wants to be big, as big as Naomi Furihara and once she gets large enough she will have the power to stop Naomi. Hannah grows to a size nearly five times her normal height expressing that she now controls the energy in a way no one has ever done before. Bursting out of the observation tower, Hannah states that she will now absorb the energy from Rebecca and the Class One Decom team down below.

Lily (GLU007-64) notifies Tanya (GLU007-64) that Hannah Stromberg is growing again and infecting the base. Lily states that she doesn't feel so good as her breasts begin to grow. Tanya quickly guides Lily to a safe room in order to drain the energy. Lily continues to grow inside the room as Tanya tries to prepare a decom. Tanya begins to grow as well, stating that this is much more energy than their previous incident with Duffy (as told in the Boobclipsed story.) Suddenly, Tanya's nipples elongate, ripping her shirt and extending outward to at least four feet with them being shaped like long cylinders at lest four inches in diameter. Tanya mutters to herself that the same thing happened last time and tells Lily she is about to open up as her breasts explode with growth to match the length and thickness of her nipples. Lily asks Tanya if she will finish the decom but Tanya replies there is no need for that now as Tanya is too big to do so. Suddenly Hannah Stromberg appears, tearing the roof off the building and proceeding to absorb Tanya's energy despite her protests. Hannah states that she needs the energy in order to take on Naomi Furihara.

Naomi Furihara, who is now large enough to tower over all the tents and building at the rave party, notices that energy is being drained from her and begins to shrink until she is back to normal size and cannot will herself to grow. Hannah Stromberg places Naomi in custody. Hannah explains that she was the one who started the research into growth energy and that the government has been tracking Naomi for a while in order to get control over her power which is now stored in a crystal amulet. Hannah holds the amulet in front of Naomi making her grow in response. During this process Naomi snatches the amulet away from Hannah and proceeds to swallow it. Hannah leaves the room stating this is all according to her plan as Naomi begins to grow uncontrollably, stating that she will infect everyone in the base to help her destroy it with growth.

Hannah Stromberg asks for report on the energy readings from Naomi Furihara and is notified that all the rooms around Naomi are saturated with energy and soon the whole level will be flooded with growth. A soldier then reports that Conference Room Six is being targeted where they keep personnel susceptable to energy growth. Inside the room we see several students from Killian University start to be affected by the energy. Margaret (GLU007-80) attempts to comfort Chris (GLU007-81) as both of them try to unsuccessfully resist the growth. Margaret decides to have sex with Chris in order to do a personal decom stating that Hannah can just activate the main energy damper before climax.

A group in the adjacent room feels the effect of Margaret (GLU007-80) and Chris (GLU007-81) having sex and begin to grow themselves. Megan (GLU007-85) is comforted by her friend saying he doesn't feel the urge to grow but Megan states that she can't hold it in as her breasts slowly expand, popping the buttons off her blouse. Hannah Stromberg starts to grow, her breasts bursting from her jacket, but she states that she knew this would happen. Hannah goes on to explain that Naomi is overloading the sexual urges of the personnel, once they start having sex, the growth energy spreads rapidly. Hannah is able to reabsorb the energy and return to normal size and orders everyone to get all of the decom personell and meet her in the main hanger in ten minutes.

Naomi Furihara bursts out of the underground base having now reached a size similar to if not even bigger than she was back at the rave. Naomi starts to reinfect all of the attendees of the rave party. Rachel (GLU007-89) and Valerie (GLU007-89), two students from Prom at the Rave, immeditely start to expand out of their clothes. Yvette Hernandez is seen sitting in a chair at the rave stating that she feels just like she did on prom night when she and Roger Benton lost it. Yvette's breasts start growing and she remembers that Benton is one of the chaperones at the party and tries to leave but stops when she sees Benton standing nearby. Benton observes Naomi Furihara, having been told she was permanently cured, and starts growing with Yvette seeing that he does not notice her too. Benton angrily approaches Naomi as he grows and asks her to service him.

Hannah Stromberg has gathered all of the decom personnel in the main hanger of the base. She is notified that Roger Benton and Naomi Furihara are about to blow and she orders all the decom personnel to absorb and disperse the energy around them. The ladies' breasts grow as they reach their storage limit but Hannah asks them to hold it in for a little bit longer. Hannah explains as she grows that ever since the Granite Tree incident (as seen in Boobclipsed 2) she can now absorb and multiply energy. Once Naomi blows Hannah plans to absorb her power and become unstoppable. Nearby, Phil (GLU007-96) and a female soldier hear Hannah's plan and Phil says they have to warn people but the female soldier has already started to grow.

Naomi Furihara and Roger Benton are both extremely large and still growing. Benton starts to hypnotize Naomi, chanting in her ear for her to grow and blow. Naomi decides to have sex with Benton, with the plan to absorb the energy he unloads inside her and then unload that energy onto the rest of the nearby people. As Naomi and Benton approach climax Hannah Stromberg burst out from the underground base and Naomi tells her they are about to unload. Hannah says that is what she wants, because she needs Naomi to unload her energy in order to retrieve the amulet still inside Naomi. Benton unloads inside Naomi triggering a massive growth spurt inside her. Hannah is excited to see Naomi being pushed past her limits as all the energy is being stored inside the amulet and has an orgasm following up after Benton. However, Naomi does not unload the energy, and falls asleep, still at an enormous size with the amulet remaining inside her in an inert state. A week later Hannah talks to Dr. Susan Lee Hughes about her plan to go back and retrieve the amulet from inside Naomi, who is peacefully sleeping in the middle of the desert still at her previous size with breasts as large as mountains.
