Bruce Banner, Luna Masters and Roger Benton are running numbers to find a solution to the growth virus. Bruce states that its time for their hourly decom but Benton stays behind saying he wants to run the numbers one more time. Bruce tells Luna the growth energy is similar to gamma waves and they have an epiphany about how to control the growth energy. They both get excited and grow as they discuss the solution and Luna goes back to tell Benton, making him grow as well. Luna then decoms herself and Benton without having sex, much to Benton's surprise. Later, Luna and Benton are driving to the United Nations Space Delegation to present their findings. Luna states they also need to tell Hannah and that it has been days since their last outbreak which is a record. While Benton is talking, Luna exhibits symptoms of dissociative identity as she starts musing about how they have actually been building an energy charge for the last few days to infect the conference then immediately forgets but she realizes things are not right and suggests they stop by the Lab at Killian Base. Luna and Benton grow out of the car and have sex to decom. Afterwards Luna's breasts are still larger then normal and Luna states she needs to get off the planet.

Luna Masters and Roger Benton arrive at the Air Force Space Launch Center to find a ship. Luna and Benton have sex and decom before boarding and Luna asks Benton to pilot because she needs to stay in a portable decom chamber to avoid infecting the space station. While flying into space Benton accidently says the trigger phrase and Luna starts growing. Benton tells Luna she wanted this, and Luna replies that she's going to finish what she started with her experiments. As they approach the space station Luna and Benton have sex to try and size down and keep from wrecking the shuttle.

Gary Williams onboard the Yorktown sees Luna's shuttle and detects a growth patten so he drops the shields on the Yorktown and he and his crew start growing. On board, the Yorktown Melissa (GLU023-28) tells Madam Secretary (GLU023-28) they need to leave due to Luna's approach but Melissa's breasts start growing along with the Secretary. Margaret orders the ship to get up to ramming speed and to head toward Luna. Gary Williams is notified of Margaret's shuttle approaching Luna and states he needs more growth energy. Gary order the hatch on the Yorktown to be blown and he grows out the top of the ship and, wearing an energy lens, starts to absorb all the energy in the area, growing huge. Gary grabs Luna and successfully drains her energy and places her on lockdown.

Luna Masters wakes up in the science shuttle of the Yorktown with two decom generators and is notified by Gary Williams over intercom that she is headed to the Strategic Defense Initiative Annual Party. Gary releases the dampers in the shuttle and the decom generators flood the cabin with growth energy pushing past level one-hundred and ten as the shuttle enters the atmosphere. Luna starts growing in the shuttle and tries to find a way to stop the shuttle, but changes her mind halfway through and decides to land and create an outbreak. Luna holds in the energy and puts on a decom suit, flattening her tits down and then shaves her hair to avoid drawing attention when she enters the base. Luna finds the entrance and takes an officer hostage, threatening to unload her energy on him if he doesn't comply. Luna tries to convince the officer to let her inside the base but is unable to so she asks the officer to grab her by the waist to demonstrate what the energy can do. Luna asks the officer to grab her tits and squeeze them and after a bit of time both Luna and the officer start to grow. Luna and the officer have sex but the officer passes out before Luna can unload her energy so she calls Roger Benton for help. Janine starts growing as well, becoming dazed from the energy filling her body. Another cheer squad member says the trigger phrase by accident causing everyone on the cheer squad, including Luna, to start rapidly expanding.

At a nearby shopping mall, a man walks into a jewelry store and tells the female attendent he is looking for a gift for his girlfriend. The attendent shows him options for jewelry but the energy from the cheer squad outbreak infects her and begins to affect her mind. The attendent starts talking about sex toys instead of jewelry and asking the man questions like if his girlfriend likes anal sex. The male customer and female store clerk grow out of their clothes and start having sex. Two mall officers approach the pair and immediately also grow out of their clothes, and they all start having sex with the jewelry store clerk.

In space on the Yorktown Gary Williams is notified of the outbreak on earth and asked for Dr. Kohula, thinking she may be the only one that can stop Luna Masters. Gary asks Dr. Kohula what her bra size is and she states her size is a few sizes bigger than Luna. Gary goes on to give Dr. Kohula a mission, asking her to put on a decom suit and fly a special decom shuttle following Luna's last known route. Gary explains that due to the outbreak Luna has caused on earth, Kohula must divert the attention of the United Space Center. Kohula boards the ship and approaches the first decom satellite and realizes that the satellite is counting down to overload. The energy waves hit Kohula's ship and Gary reveals that Kohula's growth will serve as the distraction. Kohula attempts to decom herself by hooking herself up to a decom station but she starts growing and realizes the suit she is wearing is not a decom suit but a charging suit and is funneling energy directly into her. Kohula grows until she bursts out of the shuttle and she unloads her energy directly on the Yorktown as it tries to leave the area.

Luna Masters notices Dr. Kohula's energy discharge in space but is interrupted by a nearby grown male who starts having sex with her. Elsewhere on the ground a man and woman try to leave the stadium to avoid the outbreak but the woman starts growing as she talks about how outrageous she would look with an expanded body. Luna realizes that she is absorbing the energy from the other people growing in the area and that she will overload soon at the current rate. Up in space, Gary Williams and his crew are growing as well due to the energy Dr. Kohula unloaded on them overloading their shields. Meanwhile Luna is approached by another male who grows and grabs Luna's breasts, making her orgasm. Luna responds by unloading energy back at Dr. Kohula. Dr. Kohula realizes she is filling faster than she can discharge and continues to expand, begging for help as she needs to unload.

Meanwhile, Roger Benton is working as a Rent-A-Santa under the supervision of Madam Secretary (GLU023-28). Madam Secretary is given a report by her female assistant about the outbreaks currently happening and tells them to activate their satellite and to lock down the room. Madam Secretary is wearing a decom bracelet and the decom satellite activates draining energy from Dr. Kohula in space. Benton starts growing in his Santa suit as well as the lady sitting in his lap. Madam Secretary tells Benton they needed an energy amplification and are using Benton for that purpose. Madam Secretary starts growing and she and Benton have sex as Sarge and others nearby also grow.

Hannah Stromberg tells Alexander Dunn to follow her, stating they need to find Julie Simmons because she is trouble. Hannah reminisces with Alexander about the sexual escapades in China in Growth Lab 13 (GLU0013) while riding in the bus and the two eventually grow out of the bus. Hannah gets a portable decom unit and uses it to shrink them back without having sex, much to Alexander's disappointment. Alexander flags down a van with two ladies who pick them up. Despite Hannah's warning about avoiding sexual tension in the van, Alexander quickly begins to grow and one of the ladies starts giving him a blowjob.

Luna Masters is drained of her energy and confused as to why it happened, Roger Benton suggesting that the government has developed a superior decom device. Luna states they need to get to the local government lab but Benton points out it is guarded by heroes so Luna disguises herself as Monica Rambeau (Captain Marvel) and Benton disguises himself as Tony Stark (Iron Man). Luna hacks into the Avengers Tower and she and Benton run into Bruce Banner (The Hulk) who takes them to a decom chamber and asks Luna to undergo decom calibration. Bruce turns on the machine and Luna starts growing along with Benton, and Bruce has sex with Luna. Later Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) and Sue Storm-Richards (Mrs. Fantastic) ask Dr. Banner if he has seen Luna and Benton which Banner denies. Wonder Woman presses him on it and Bruce hulks out, and Mrs. Fantastic and Wonder Woman grow as well. In a nearby storage room Benton and Luna start growing in the cramped space. Luna tries to reroute their energy but she and Benton lose focus and have sex in the room.

Clark Kent (Superman) and Hal Jordan (Green Lantern) enter the earth's atmosphere and subdue Bruce Banner (The Hulk) saying they were contacted by Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) about The Hulk being on a rampage. Wonder Woman orders Hal to load all the people on a shuttle and afterwards explains to Hal and Superman about the growth energy. Hal Jordan goes and talks to Luna Masters to try and get more info on how her battery ability works and Luna agrees to answer his questions despite being suspicious of his intentions. Hal wants to scan Luna to figure out how to clear the others and Luna does not want to be scanned due to all of the energy she is holding from the previous breakouts so Luna suggests a game of poker and Hal agrees. Hal beats Luna in the first game and as they continue to play Luna and Hal both begin to grow and Luna asks to try on Hal's ring which he obliges although they get distracted and have sex before Luna finishes putting it on. Meanwhile, Superman is watching on a console and begins to grow as well. Superman grows out of his suit and finds Wonder Woman who tries to tell him he needs a decom but quickly succumbs to the energy and begins giving Clark a blowjob and the two of them have sex. Meanwhile, Luna has finished having sex with Hal and still hasn't unloaded so she begins sucking on her own nipples to try and loosen up her valves. This causes Luna to overload and her stomach bloats up and she begins to overload along with Superman and Wonder Woman. Bill Riggs, Roger Benton, and Alexander Dunn who are also in the shuttle start to grow.

The shuttle holding Luna Masters, Hal Jordan (Green Lantern), Clark Kent (Superman), Diana Prince (Wonder Woman), Bill Riggs, Roger Benton, and Alexander Dunn who are all overloading with energy approaches the Yorktown. Gary Williams and his crew accidently accept an emergency transmission from the shuttle causing a growth outbreak, everyone starts to overload getting bloating stomachs and getting spherical when suddenly Galactus and Uatu appear and kidnap Luna. Galactus tells Luna she has added a new power element to the universe and created instability and that he is charged with consuming Luna's energy. Dr. Victor Von Doom tells Luna he was the one to bring Galactus and Uatu to Luna and Galactus begins to consume Luna. Instead of being consumed, Luna begins to grow. Dr. Doom who is closest to her also begins to grow and the two have sex once they are out of their clothes. Galactus, who has also started growing, zaps away Dr. Doom and then starts having sex with Luna himself.

The Yorktown is parked outside the rift in space left by Galactus and Uatu when they kidnaped Luna. Gary Williams orders Private Castor (GLU023-187) to take the ship into the void, even though the crew has not fully recovered from the previous growth episode. As the ship passes through the void, its shields fail and Gary and Private Ramirez (GLU023-193) have sex briefly and Gary tells Castor to find Luna so she can absorb their energy and then utters the trigger phrase making Castor grow even faster. Uatu notifies Galactus, who is still having sex with Luna, that the Yorktown is approaching and Galactus orders Uatu to keep the ship busy. Uato beams on board the Yorktown and is confused by the sexual activity on board the ship. Uatu samples the energy and is infected by the energy and grows out of his clothes and begins having sex with the crew members on the ship.

Roger Benton and Bill Riggs are back on earth recovering from their previous energy overload. Brenda Kalo approaches them saying she was in orbit when the Yorktown entered the energy rift. Brenda also states that she has the same energy signature as Luna and that she is an energy battery as well. Bill enlists Brenda for a mission and the two of them and Benton get in a shuttle and enter the energy rift. Bill, Brenda, and Benton all grow inside the rift and discover the Yorktwon floating nearby with high energy readings. After having sex and shrinking down, the three of them put on space suits and go to investigate the Yorktown. The three grow out of their suits and eventually find Luna lying on the floor at a humongous size in a dazed state. The group posits that Luna is being pumped with energy in order to create some sort of bomb so Brenda states she can transfer Luna's energy to them all equally and they proceed with the plan. Luna Masters wakes up and is informed by Roger Benton that he, Bill Riggs, and Brenda Kalo had pulled Luna from the rift. Benton, Bill, and Brenda start growing and Luna tries to absorb their energy. She fills up faster than expected but eventually is able to decom everybody. Luna states that Bill, Brenda, and Benton will go on trial for espionage and be stripped of both their titles and ability to grow.

Luna Masters has Roger Benton locked up in the main Killian science lab and then hooked up to a total decom machine designed to completely remove energy, preventing him from growing again. Luna states that this is the first time she's used the total decom machine on a person and warns Benton it may make him infertile. Luna notices an old energy signature on Benton which he remembers was from when he was in space earlier. Luna states she will personally handle Benton's total decom, hooking herself up to the machine as well to absorb Benton's energy. The first round of decom leaves Benton haggard, Luna states it will take sixteen hours to complete due to Benton's frailty but he states he's fine so Luna agrees to increase the transmission. Benton notices Luna is enjoying his distress, which she confirms, Benton fires back that he tried to warn Luna and as the decom continues Luna begins to grow due to feedback from Benton. Luna's breasts burst out and start spurting milk, Luna tries to orgasm in order to discharge but she continues to fill. Benton grows and breaks out of the machine leaving Luna hooked up and calls in Bill Riggs and Brenda Kalo. Monica Rambeau (Captain Marvel) is contacted by Bill Riggs requesting an emergency class 10 decom at a remote site via a decom satellite and to proceed to Hangar Ten. Monica heads to Hangar Ten and meets Bruce Banner (The Hulk) on the way as he received the call from Bill as well. As the two walk they chat about previous growth episodes they have had as they both grow out of their clothes. They reach Hangar Ten having almost completely grown out of their clothes.
