Photon (GLU015-179) is at Sub Station Six in France where a power surge is detected. Photon states she's not sure if they'll be ok and orders to divert the shields, the man in the room with her starts growing as she follows suit. A lady who is at a substation monitoring the city notifies Private Kris (GLU019-7) that they have another outbreak. Kris reroutes power to the main dampers while her associate quickly grows out of her clothes. Meanwhile the President (GLU015-21) is flying on the Air Force One and is notified that she need to get into a safe room by Susan (GLU019-8) and to put on a decom bracelet to absorb energy. The President states the watches don't seem to be working while Susan states she is dispersing the energy. Outside the President's cabin on the plane two officers in decom suits including Burke (GLU019-10) are about to enter the room but Burke's suit starts to malfunction. The plane touches down successfully, the president remarks that Susan's decom bracelet worked but Susan warns her that a lot of energy is now stored in the bracelet and she advises a strict quarantine. President states that can wait because she has a staff meeting and an aide notifies her that she is growing, as her shoes fall apart and her skirt rides up. President states it's nothing she can't handle as she rips her skirt off and she starts growing trying to ease it out.

Luna Masters is at her home documenting in her diary that it's the twenty-sixth day since she's had an outbreak, noting that growth spurts have subsided. Roger Benton knocks on her door and she remarks that he's early but lets him in with him stating that he's not here for the reason he thinks. Luna says she's tired of the growth and side effects and that she knows Benton is one of the main triggers and he has something the government has been looking for. Luna also states that Bill Riggs and Karen Summers are on there way and Benton starts to leave, but the door is locked. Luna teases Benton saying he will be dissected and asks him why he wants to leave, Benton states that Bill and Karen are not what Luna thinks. Luna replies that she is not who Benton thinks either. Bill and Karen arrive and after some back and forth with Luna they sit down to talk. Bill states that they need to study Benton because the growth energy is unstable but somehow Benton can control it. Luna replies that Benton probably doesn't know the trigger, Benton replies that he remembers some early transformation but Luna states that was just Benton's libido in charge. Bill asks Benton to concentrate and recall the growth and the changes it involved. Luna notices Benton is growing and is surprised because she should be able to suppress all growth. Bill tells Benton to go on and detail the changes and the sexual escapades while Karen joins in with detailed questions. Everyone in the room continues to grow as Bill and Karen continue to question Benton. Benton grabs Luna and gropes her breasts ripping apart her sweater in the process. Bruce states he's immune due to his gamma blood but Natasha replies they have to follow orders. Natasha starts growing but tries to hide it from Bruce. Natasha goes to put on a decom suit to contain her growth and Bruce walks over to help her and notices her suit is starting to break apart. Bruce continues to help Natasha put on the suit as they both grow and is eventually unable to clasp a button over her enlarged breasts. He reverts fully to the Hulk, grabs Black Widow and the two start to have sex.

Down in Killian City Clint Barton (Hawkeye) and Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk) are riding a motorcycle toward the Avengers. Hawkeye remarks that the traffic is terrible, Jen replies she could get there faster as She-Hulk but Hawkeye replies their orders are to get close before engaging. Jen's decom bracelet from Iron Man lights up and they both start growing on top of the motorcycle. Jennifer and Clint grow until they are too big for the motorocycle. On the HeliCarrier above New York, Tony Stark (Iron Man), Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch), Monica Rambeau (Captain Marvel) interrogate Bill Riggs and Luna Masters. The three super heroes are sketical about Bill's claim that the energy virus is part of a super weapon government test. The heroes go on to explain that some of the government memebers are being held below deck with Bruce Banner (The Hulk) and that the energy crystal created by Wanda and Tony appears to be totally inert. Bill asks to see the crystal, Iron Man denies the request but does let Monica Rambeau examine it. During examination Monica accidently says the trigger phrase Rocket Science and activates the crystal, letting its energy spill out and causing everyone in the room to grow. They radio Dr. Banner and Monica gets to Bruce telling about the gem before they both start growing. Monica asks Bruce about a subject on the table, he states he was suppossed to cure them if possible and release them and Monica walks over and causes them to grow.

Luna Masters yells at Bill Riggs over his plan to grow but Bill ignore her and states they need to disconnect the shields while everyone is distracted by the growth. They wait it out in a storage room and while arguing they begin to have sex and both start to grow.

Lieutenant Kate (GLU019-62) sees Tony Stark (Iron Man) receiving oral sex on camera and goes to get the gem along with a fellow S.H.I.E.L.D soldier. Kate grows along with the soldier on the way and she finds Tony, the both of them having sex to return to normal size. Kate puts on the Iron Man suit and takes the gem to a control panel and tries to open the shield as the Iron Man suit starts to break apart.

Diana Prince changes into Wonder Woman and recruits Rudy Jones (The Parasite) to help her infiltrate the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier. They arrive at the Helicarrier and discover ripped clothes of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and the deck door ripped off the hinges. As they go inside Wonder Woman and Rudy get doused in liquid energy from a crew member and then downstairs they find the crewmembers having sex. One of the crewmembers says the trigger phrase and Rudy repeats it causing Wonder Woman to start growing. Rudy decoms Wonder Woman but notices the energy is quite appealing and goes to decom the two crewmembers having sex to try and get more. Rudy successfully decoms the female and male agents, becoming soaked with growth energy in the process, but disperses it quickly and shrinks back to size although he still wants more energy. As they head further down into the ship Rudy says the trigger phrase again and Wonder Woman grows out of her suit. Rudy grabs onto Wonder Woman's breasts and says the trigger phrase once more, abosrbing the energy as she grows and the two start to have sex. On the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier the crewmembers are trying to regroup, with temporary makeshift uniforms being issued out. Lieutenant Crow (GLU019-85) gets a report that level four on the helicarrier is compromised and monitor stations are not responding. Tony Stark (Iron Man) and Lieutenant Kate (GLU019-62) are still trying to get the energy siphon working but Tony starts growing again before he finishes. Agent Fury (GLU019-87) tells Agent Riley (GLU019-87) she wants the helicarrier retaken but Riley is bitten by a bug and proceeds to grow. Fury asks Agent Venus (GLU019-89) to decom Riley but Venus is already growing and Fury starts to grow as well. Fury excitedly tells Venus to prepare to fire as they both continue growing.

Luna Masters and Alexander Dunn arrive at a hangar to try and leave while Bill Riggs is busy having sex with other crew members. Luna and Alexander get in a shuttle but an energy pulse hits the ship after they drop the shields and they start to grow and have sex until they grow out of the ship, with Luna having an orgasm that resets them back to normal.

Luna Masters wakes up and Alexander Dunn is still sleeping on top of her. On board the jet, Dr. Susan Lee Hughes shows the group the latest super cell with nearly unlimited energy capacity which is currently holding the residue from the Helicarrier outbreak. Bill removes the gem from the cell against Dr. Hughes recommendation and touches it, causing Dr. Hughes to start growing. Private Rosswell (GLU019-102), who is piloting the plane, gets the alert of the growth outbreak and attempts to activate containment but Bill and Karen continue growing. Rosswell does not grow, stating she has the highest willpower of all the pilots which excites BIll. Rosswell slowly grows out of her clothes while stating that she is in control the entire time and successfully decoms Bill and Karen, while also returning back to normal. As Roger Benton and Bill sit waiting for a decom, Bill starts talking to Benton about Rosswell's naturally large breasts causing him to grow as well as Luna and Rosswell.
