Naomi Furihara has a dream and grows while asleep, shrinking back to normal by the time she wakes up. Naomi comments to herself that it feels futile to put on clothes now due to the mini-growth episodes she's been having lately. Naomi calls her friend Sam (GLU018-3) to tell her the growth episodes are getting worse. Sam replies that Naomi should call the hotline provided to her by the government but agrees to come by and pick up Naomi. While riding in Sam's car Naomi comments that she has been blacking out lately but Sam replies it's been years since the Prom Night Incident and the Rave Party Incident. Naomi states that she simply knows the feelings of when she is about to grow. Sam suddenly starts growing alongside Naomi in the car and they both start to burst out of their clothes.

John (GLU017-43), Heidi (GLU018-5) and another male are sitting in a room when John starts feeling growth symptoms and leaves to take anti-growth pills in the men's restroom. Heidi deduces that John is growing and realizes she is also being affected and heads off to take anti-growth pills as well. Heidi swallows a pill just as her jeans start to unzip, stopping the growth. Walking out of the bathroom Heidi runs into John who was on his way back from the restroom. Karen Summers asks Bill Riggs where they are going as they ride in a limo. Bill replies that he wants to show Karen a local outbreak and see if she is interested in another Air Force and Navy collaboration but Karen replies she is not interested. Bill then tells her that they have cracked the growth code and that they know how to control it. Karen asks how, but before he can answer Bill gets a call from the limo driver Private Rick (GLU018-39), notifying him that they are entering a high energy zone and recommending Bill to put on the dampers. Bill confirms that he will put on dampers, but instead Bill turns off the decom dampers without notifying Karen. Up in the front of the limo Private Rodriguez (GLU18-39) asks Rick if he felt a bump which Rick replies that he has not and to focus on the road. Rodriguez notices a jolt again as her feet and clothes start to tighten. Bill feels the effects of the growth excited that it is starting. Rodriguez tells Rick to turn back but Rick refuses saying they have to finish this assignment. Bill is pleased to note that Karen hasn't noticed the growth yet and continues to stall in a conversation, telling Karen they will arrive at their destination soon. Rodriguez once again asks Rick to turn back but he refuses, and Rodriguez's clothes start to tighten and shred and she grows. Bill continues to grow stretching his uniform, trying to contain himself to keep Karen from noticing and lamenting that he doesn't get to see Rodriguez's growth in the front of the limo. Rick has grown out of his clothes almost completely and continues to rant about finishing the mission. Rodriguez bursts out of her clothes, telling Rick she is too big for the car as Rick continues to mutter about the mission. Bill loses control bursting out of his clothes while apologizing to Karen, stating that the growth feels too good. Karen tries to resist the growth, her breasts slowing expanding under her uniform, and Bill encourages her to continue resisting. Bill tears open Karen's uniform as she has a tremendous growth spurt and she gives in, stating she wanted this all along. Hannah Stromberg radios to Luna Masters that her suit lights just went red and Luna replies that it is some sort of energy wave, noting that it seems familiar. Hannah replies that Bill Riggs and Karen Summers are onto them and that she doesn't have much time. Luna realizes that the energy wave is a feedback wave in her spectrum, deducing that when Bill interrogated her earlier he must have sampled her energy signature. Hannah orders Luna to shut down the transponder broadcast but Luna has already started growing. Luna rapidly grows out of her uniform and tells Hannah she's losing control and is about to blow. Hannah cries out to Luna who continues to grow. Luna asks Hannah for help and then suddenly has an explosive growth spurt, getting so large she bursts out of the top of the building she was in and completely destroys it. Talking to herself Luna remarks that Naomi Furihara always did it wrong, that it is better to just let go, and continues growing with each of her breasts now larger than Killian City as she tries to orgasm. Luna replies that their are two mistakes with Hannah's presentation, stating that 'it's not rocket science' and accidently uttering the trigger phrase for growth. Luna's body and hair grow dramatically fast, her breasts spilling onto the table in front of her as she says 'Rocket Science' again in a state of delirium. Luna continues to say Rocket Science as if in a trance. Bill tries to snap Luna out of it but quickly succumbs to the growth and Luna asks for a fill up as Bill grabs her breasts. The two set out in their mech decom suits but the soldier stops to ask Warner why their suit's glass is darkened. Warner tries to hold it in, waiting for the other soldier to open the breach door which they shortly do. A soldier notices a breakout in the science labs and they all grow before they can close the breach doors back again. Various soldiers grow out of their clothes, some of the males exhibiting more monstrous transformations as part of their growth such as long reptilian tongues and large jagged teeth. Bill Riggs and Luna Masters continue to have sex while growing, Bill remarking that all throughout the Academy he had fantasized about having sex with Luna. Meanwhile, Hannah Stromberg has sex with Alexander Dunn as Luna starts to overload.

Carey Wagner (GLU018-77) is offered a ride by a male soldier in a truck saying they have orders to leave the base. The soldier asks Carey to call command headquarters to notify them of what has happened so she gets on the radio and successfully establishes radio contact. Bill Riggs answers Carey's call, and she tells him what has happened, and he replies with the trigger phrase causing Carey to start growing. Carey's tits explode out of her top and she starts saying 'Rocket Science' until the car driver grows out of his clothes and the truck crashes into a power line pole. Carey's foot and calf explode out of the truck and her breasts follow suit, completely destroying the vehicle. At a nearby military headquarters a presenter explains that the energy from Killian Base is expanding and will hit the east coast in less than six hours. The men inside the room state they need to stop Luna Masters and deploy defenses but they all start growing and then undergo monstrous transformations. The President (GLU015-21) is ushered by Secret Service into a Decom Lockdown Room to protect her from the growth outbreak spreading from Killian Base. Inside the room, the President accepts a cup of coffee and requests a status update. She is notified that the outbreak has covered the entire west coast and most of the Midwest and will reach the east coast any moment now. The aide giving updates to the President is brought aside and notified that people previously infected are the most contagious and shortly thereafter the president starts to grow cackling that the growth can't be controlled and no one will be immune to it. The president grows out of her clothes and also becomes very monstrous, getting fangs and a long tongue as she gets larger.

Luna Masters and Bill Riggs continue to have sex, while Luna notices that they now tower over the Rocky Mountains at their current size. Bill asks Luna if she can go all the way and Luna states that she likes a challenge and proceeds to give oral sex to Bill. Luna decides that oral sex is too slow and she needs a ride, expressing disappointment at the size of Bill's penis before proceeding to mount him. As Luna rides Bill she grows so large her head passes by satellites in orbit, eventually getting so big she can see the Moon which is now similar in size to her own head. Luna Masters claps her hands and activates a universe altering ReadyArt plot device. After saying Deus Ex Machina a reset occurs and Luna is reverted back to normal. She is approached by a medieval knight and laments that she now appears to be in another universe. Luna is also disappointed to find that her breasts are only the size of A-Cups. Walking around wearing nothing but a horse blanket Luna finds a sorceress standing over a pot mixing potions. The sorceress replies that since Luna had arrived they had experienced strange transformations causing them to grow until the pressure was released. The sorceress states she now spends her days looking for a cure, and that an enchanted candle keeps her from growing but once it burns out she will become a giant once again. Luna states that she needs to leave and the sorceress replies that she can return Luna to any place and time of her choosing. The candle is extinguished, and the sorceress explains she is out of time and lists out a bunch of tasks they need to do but Luna states she doesn't care about that. The sorceress then reveals herself to be Naomi Furihara, stating that when Luna blew up the moon and discharged she was teleported here two weeks in the past. Naomi states that she has to get back to her own time and Luna is going to help her.
