Luna Masters and Jean Grey take off in the X-Men Blackbird and head to Gamma Base in Monument Valley. Bruce Banner (The Hulk) welcomes them and offers to show them the Gamma Protocol Containment. Jean notices Banner's mind is closed off to her and is suspicious. Bruce hooks Luna up to the containment machine and activates it. Later Luna wakes up outside of Gamma Base and assumes there was an energy explosion that teleported her. Luna walks back to the lab and decides to do some scans before looking for Banner and Jean.

Luna Masters looks through the scan results and Bruce Banner (The Hulk) walks into the lab stating that his gamma waves mixed with Luna's growth energy, making his hulkouts more unstable. Bruce continues saying that anger is no longer his trigger and starts growing as he stares at Luna's breasts. Luna and Bruce both grow, Luna coaxes the Hulk to hold it in and by the time Clark Kent (Superman), Steve Rogers (Captain America), Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) and Sue Storm (The Invisble Woman) arrive to subdue the Hulk, Luna has already decomed Banner. Captain America notifies Luna that she'll have to decom at The Raft Decom Facility and they fly there in a quinjet.

Luna Masters puts on a special decom suit and joins the superheroes for debrief. James Logan Howlett (Wolverine) suggest they toss Luna into the negative zone but Clark Kent (Superman) disagrees saying they should try and help her. Bruce connects a conduit hose to the triangular chest piece on Luna's uniform and turns the energy dampers on. Steve Rogers (Captain America) asks Luna to walk them through the new solution which she says is due to Bruce's new algorithm. Bruce states the machine will funnel all the excess energy into a gamma matrix. Bruce turns the machine on and everybody in the room starts growing. Multiple superheros have sex with Luna and after discharge they are left sleeping and Luna's breasts are left in an even larger base state.

Luna Masters has a drink with Roger Benton at his house, discussing the fact that Luna is bloated with energy. Luna starts growing and Benton follows suit. They grow until they burst out of Benton's house and have sex. After discharge, Benton falls alseep.

Tony Stark (Iron Man) arrives and hits Luna Masters with an energy blast that knocks her out. One day later at the Killian Base Labs, Luna and Stark have Roger Benton laying sedated on a table and decide to work on a way to de-power him. Stark confirms that the room is shielded with thirty feet of lead and he is wearing the super armor to protect himself. Luna isolates a pattern disturbance but Iron Man has trouble concentrating and tries to find where the extra energy is coming from. Benton starts to grow on the table so Luna grabs some decom straps and attempts to put them on Benton but he is already quite large and Luna starts growing while fiddling with the straps. Benton wakes up and starts fingering Luna as she grows out of her clothes. Benton squirts milk from Luna's breast onto Iron Man who starts to grow inside the super armor until he bursts out of it. Luna sucks off Iron Man who discharges and resets them all. Luna leaves in a hurry telling Tony and Benton that she has a date.

Later that night Luna Masters meets Rob (GLU033-36) who points out Luna's online profile picture is a little misleading as it only shows her from the neck up and with a very crabby face. Rob asks Luna about her work as a researcher, Luna discovers that Rob was in Killian during a big growth outbreak six years ago and he saw Luna when she ordered his group to be released. Luna realizes that Rob probably wasn't decomed completely back then which is confirmed as Rob starts to grow while describing the 'lady agent' who released him. Rob starts to recognize Luna and Luna begins to burst out of her dress. Luna walks out on her date and runs into Alexander Dunn who decoms her and then states that they need to go off planet.

Alexander Dunn notifies Luna Masters that they have found the original decom satellite from GLab 01 in orbit. The satellite still has all the energy from GLab 01 stored inside and they want Luna to help retrieve it. Bill Riggs appears on screen and state he expects Luna to grow and then they arrive at the satellite. Luna tries to turn the shuttle around because her body is already reaching its limit for holding energy but Bill orders Alexander to initiate 'protocol one' and says the trigger phrase causing Alexander to start growing. Luna grows, rips apart her space decom suit and sets a course for the satellite. Once arrived, Luna notices the satellite has been drained and goes out to investigate.

Luna Masters reports to the higher ups that the satellite was drained when she arrived and that all of her checks showed no energy coming from it. The higher ups state the satellite was under top-level protection and speculates that the energy is inert. Suddenly the satellite activates and 'GLab Protocol 5 Override Release' displays on the satellite control panel. Roger Benton assures Alexander Dunn that they are in a max decom chamber but Luna starts growing. Benton and Alexander start to grow as well and Bill Riggs accuses Luna as the culprit grabbing her breasts and mocking her for not being to control her outbursts. Bill starts to grow but before he and Luna have sex Benton is able to turn off the satellite so that they can unload the energy without sex. Luna and Bill compliment Benton but have him go ahead to the hangar to wait for them.

Luna Masters goes back to investigating the satellite and Bill Riggs starts groping her butt. Luna says she does not need a discharge but Bill presses a button on the satellite to start the override release again and Luna starts growing. Bill grows as well and they have sex until Benton returns from the hangar curious as to what the hold up was. Luna addresses Benton and causes him to grow and discharge as Luna gives him a blowjob. Luna is perturbed by Benton's premature discharge as she is still bloated with energy. Luna asks the men to load the satellite on a shuttle to transport it to the main base.

The shuttle arrives at the main Killian base and Luna Masters asks Alexander Dunn to bring the satellite into Decom Lab 6 along with Roger Benton and wait while she procures one of Bruce Banner (The Hulk)'s gamma decom suit. Dawnstar and Drake Burroughs (Wildfire) arrive and confiscate the satellite telling Luna they can control it better than she can. Wildfire and Dawnstar take Benton and Luna along with the satellite on a shuttle to their headquarters. Dawnstar explains to Benton that they have a counter for the satellite energy. The shuttle does a warp jump to travel through time and a surge of power causes Dawnstar to begin growing. As Dawnstar searches for the controls Benton grows behind her and they start having sex. After finishing Benton contemplates where to find more tits he can get his hands on and starts to think back to the Prom Night Incident.

During Growth Lab 6 (GLU006) we start back when Benton and Yvette are talking to Major Rogers (GLU006-38). Benton comments on how big an event this is for a model like Miss Hernandez and goes on to also compliment her on being an accomplished athlete as both Benton and Yvette grow. Benton and Yvette compiment each other while growing then turn their attention to Major Rogers who tries to walk away but her decom suit splits apart as her body grows rapidly.

Luna Masters is in a van and Killian Control Tower notifies her that the decom satellite is moving into position. Luna states she'll need a male and female decommed subject to calibrate and asks for them to be brought to her. Roger Benton is ushed into the van and is confronted by Luna. Benton asks for explanation for the growth and Luna replies that mainly the 'weak willed' are growing. Benton angrily demands Luna pay attention to him and starts growing while Luna begins growing as well. Luna is surprised as this is the first time she's grown and she and Benton have sex for the first time. Luna eventually asks Benton to stop having sex in order to avoid wrecking her van.

Two soldiers approach Luna Masters' van and remind her that the satellite is in position and a briefing is in five minutes. At the briefing Luna apologizes for being late and when asked to explain her plan for stopping the energy virus states she's created a stable containment field that can fire onto the university grounds and drain the crowd. Luna starts feeling hot and begins sweating and shaking, as the officers question the safety and efficacy of her method. Luna explains that she recently tested the field on Roger Benton so they ask for Benton to come in to help corrobate the effectiveness of Luna's plan. Benton assumes the 'solution' being referred was him and Luna having sex but his answers to questions are vague enough that Luna just constantly interrupts Benton's answers and tries to cast doubt on the quality of his testimony.
