Yvette Hernandez enters Roger Benton's office wearing a trench coat stating that she has a small problem. Benton cautiously asks how he can help and Yvette takes off the trench coat revealing that her breasts have grown to at least three times their normal size. Benton goes to see a movie at the theater, meanwhile Vidya is conversing with a friend about what transpired in Benton's office. Benton expresses that they must let the public know about the dangers of energy to which Vidya replies that she was already doing a show on sexual tension so the two agree to test run some topics. Vidya analyzes the wrist cuffs and informs Benton that they are trackers and stabilizers to keep him from growing. She begins an Extrasensory Perception (ESP) Test on Benton using Zener Cards and is surprised when he is able to guess twenty cards in a row. Benton aces the mental framework test and starts getting frustrated that Westing won't give him any feedback, growing slowly in the process. Benton is able to make Westing grow just by imagining it and she challenges him to a mental grow-off of sorts. Both of them steadily grow out of their clothes, each trying to make the other grow faster. Westing takes Benton outside as the two continue to grow and then starts enticing Benton to have sex with her.

Killian Stadium at Killian University is packed with students watching a football game. Nikki is dressed up as one of the school mascots, Clucky the Chicken and her friend is dressed up as Wildman Bill. Hannah gets outfitted in the XP-26 Combat Suit which is powered by decom energy and was designed by Luna Masters. Hannah is not confident in the suit since it was designed by Luna but she takes it to the stadium and manages to succesfully decom twenty people before the suit begins to overload and she is approached by Roger Benton. Luna approaches Benton in his office on the pretense of questioning him regarding the Prom Night and Killian Stadium incidents. Benton anticipates Luna's line of questioning is about the crystal and decides to test a theory by taking the crystal out of his desk and playing with it in front of Luna. Luna ponders how to get the crystal from him due to the fact that it contains all the energy released during the Killian Stadium Incident. Luna's reaction confirms Benton's theory and he utters the trigger phrase Rocket Science while talking to Luna causing her breasts to grow explosively in response. Not realizing that “Rocket Science” is a trigger phrase, Benton says it once more causing Luna's butt and legs to explosively grow as well. Benton says “Rocket Science” one more time causing Luna's arms to explosively grow and finally realizes the correlation. Luna surmises that she is absorbing energy from the crystal converter which is abnormal and goes to Benton for assistance. Luna and Benton go to Luna's lab on board the Luxembourg and hook themselves into an Analysis Trainer in order to code and recode their growth energy. Luna sets up a series of willpower tests that will scan the user, but she does not reveal to Benton that the scanner can overcharge the subject while scanning. Luna and Benton start the test by placing their hand on the scanner pad and Benton leaps back in pain, which Luna realizes is due to the fact that he is soaked in dormant residual energy. As the countdown starts for the next test Benton surmises the goal of the test and decides to throw it off the rails, uttering the trigger phrase “Rocket Science” right before the test begins. Luna starts growing and the system switches from willpower tests to endurance tests, classifying Luna as a battery and stating the test will overload her until her limit is found. Two brackets grab onto both of Luna's nipples and the test begins starting at Level 1. Luna absorbs all the energy and the system starts siphoning energy from Benton to fuel it's overloading of Luna. The system locks down Benton and brings out a pump to siphon Benton's discharge into Luna. Six hours later all the power has been spent and Luna's limit was still not reached. Benton is drained and Luna reflects on how full she is of energy and that she can't let anyone know how much she now has contained inside her.
