Hannah Stromberg asks a soldier to take her to the lab immediately, stifling a burp. Arriving at the lab, Hannah tells the attendant she seems to be having a regression. As the two walk together Hannah continues to burp, annoyed at her predicament she asks the soldier who drove her why he's still following her and he immediately grows out of his clothes, much to Hannah's annoyance. The attendent prepares an anti-growth serum for Hannah but immediately starts growing out of her lab clothes before she can administer it. Hannah is trapped between the soldier and the lab attendent's grown forms, and Hannah's legs and hips began to grow following up soon after by her breasts. Hannah and the lab attendent are now grown to the same size and make a toast to drink the anti-growth serum but the soldier starts having sex with the lab attendent before she can drink it, and her nipples start to release energy fluid. Hannah drinks the serum and shrinks back down. She tries to activate a decom while the soldier and attendent have sex, but she starts growing again and admits that she really enjoys it. Approaching a nearby soldier, Hannah asks why he is out of uniform as he grows out of his clothes and then she gets on the base-wide intercom to deliver a message.

The President (GLU015-21) is on a tour of Killian Base when Hannah Stromberg starts her base-wide broadcast. The president's assistant Janice (GLU017-11) states they should wrap up the tour early as she has a bad feeling about Hannah's announcement. The president and Janice go back and forth over whether to end the tour while they both start to grow. The president states that this is unacceptable to which Janice agrees and the president has an orgasm, squeezing her enlarged breast and spraying fluid everywhere. Two soldiers nearby see that the president is out of control. One of them tries to use a portable decom unit to slow her down but the device malfunctions and both soldiers start growing, one of them beginning to having sex with Janice. The soldier asks Janice if he should stop the president from “blowing her load” on the bus passing by but Janice says no since she's about to unload as well.

Naomi Furihara is riding on the bus that is hit by growth energy from the President (GLU015-21) and Janice (GLU017-11). Naomi's friend asks her if she's having another episode like Prom Night but Naomi responds that it's just a hot flash. Naomi starts growing and asks them to stop the bus as she bursts out of her clothes. Naomi's head hits the ceiling of the bus and she encourages her friend to grow too saying it helps her get bigger. Naomi's friend, who is already grown, alerts those at the front that they need to turn back to school and that if they remain calm they can avoid another Prom Night. Naomi's friend states that guys toward the back of the bus where Naomi is are vulnerable as are any girls with naturally large chests. Amanda (GLU017-23) undoes her bra hook to relieve some of the strain while her boyfriend starts to grow next to her, Amanda pleading for him to hold it in. The bus driver rambles to herself about how crazy Killian University is what with the Prom Night incident when she suddenly notices that her watch has popped off her wrist. Amanda (GLU017-23) and her boyfriend have reached the limit of their clothing and are starting to lose control. A student nearby (Heather Peffernel) has not grown yet and assumes everyone else just has a weak will, but she has a sudden growth spurt bursting out of her clothes and her glasses falling off as she screams. Heather (GLU015-29) and the student sitting next her bicker about who is getting too big as they try to resist the growth. The bus driver is slowly growing out of her clothes and stomps on the gas to try and get back to Killian University faster as her feet burst out of her shoes. The bus driver immediately has a growth spurt bursting out of her clothes and states that she is about to blow. Heather (GLU015-29) continues bickering with the male student next to her as they both grow, each asking the other to move. The male student pushes aside one of Heather's breasts and she gasps, subsequently having an orgasm unloading energy and feels relieved as her stretched out shirt finally breaks releasing her breasts. Various students start to break out of the top of the bus and the bus driver explodes out of the front of the bus, everyone grinding to a halt right outside Killian University Gym. Vidya Sinjay has already grown out of her clothes and realizes she needs to get to a lab to decom but she gives in to getting a personal decom from one of the nearby male students. Naomi Furihara is having sex with multiple guys and challenges them to give her more energy. As Naomi continues to have sex, students at the nearby Killian University Gym notice the growth outbreak taking place.

At Killian University Gym a female trainer for the football team looks out the window seeing Naomi having sex in the parking lot and notifies the football coach. The coach states that it's dangerous to have a “group of jocks” this close to Naomi and so the trainer goes to tell the football team that practice is cancelled, but the football team has already been affected and started growing. Jacob (GLU017-39), Bill (GLU017-39) and the rest of the players burst out of their uniforms and helmets, and approach the trainer, who tells them they should go, but then she starts growing out of her clothes as well. She gives in as she bursts out of her shirt and pants. In another part of the gym John (GLU017-43) tells Krista (GLU017-43) they need to leave but Krista states that she has an energy crystal that can absorb energy and stop the spread. Before Krista can get the crystal John stops her stating that he wants to be big and rapidly grows out of his clothes, stating its time for Krista to grow as well. Krista tries to prepare the crystal while she grows slowly out of her clothes. Krista's breasts expand tremendously and her nipples elongate, leaking fluid which Krista notes didn't happen last time she was infected. Meanwhile in another part of the Gym the women's water polo team is practicing in the pool when suddenly Jamie (GLU017-46) feels herself growing. Susie (GLU017-46) berates Jamie for losing focus but then Jamie sinks beneath the surface only to resurface seconds later with beachball-sized breasts, only to sink down again and resurface once more with even larger breasts. Jamie's swimming leotard snaps at the crotch as she grows, her breasts surging outward displacing water in the pool. Red (GLU017-49) approaches Coach Pringle (GLU017-49) who complains that the team is not doing their drill properly, stating that they should listen better as he bursts out of his clothes. Red grows out of her swimsuit and Coach Pringle asks her where she is going, grabbing her by the breasts stating she is out of uniform and he needs a personal decom to which she agrees and the two start having passionate sex.

Meanwhile a female student tells Rick Dennis (GLU017-52) that they need to get the energy crystal because Krista is currently spreading energy by having sex with John (GLU017-43). Rick replies that it is too late because he is already growing, she tells him to hold it in but Rick says he can't stop. Rick is unable to stop his growth and the female student decides to run for it and get the crystal but she starts growing as she makes her way to the crystal. She successfuly arrive and grabs the crystal when suddenly Coach Pringle (GLU017-49) arrives from behind and penetrates her, causing her to have another growth spurt. The student activates the absorbing crystal and sucessfully absorbs all the energy in the area.

Later that day Hannah Stromberg is debriefed by General Bill Riggs about the growth outbreak in preparation for her to take the stand and testify in court. Bill wants Hannah to lie about the fact that the anti-growth serum doesn't work and she at first refuses but then reluctantly agrees. Later on, the court trial takes place and Hannah is questioned by Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) who presents evidence that the green energy crystals which were produced as part of the super soldier program are not successful at stopping growth outbreaks. Diana presents a catalyst crystal as evidence of the failure of the super soldier program. Hannah objects and says the crystal will not work after absorbing energy without a passcode and refuses to tell Diana the code saying it is classified. Diana asks to end the proceeding and turn the crystal over to the Air Force at which point Hannah agrees to show proof of the crystal's effectiveness and shares the trigger phrase to Diana, which is “Rocket Science”. Diana says the trigger phrase, but Hannah states it won't work unless the crystal is held so Diana takes it out in order to do a demonstration and says the trigger phrase several times and then starts to experience growth symptoms, her hair growing out and hiccuping. The Judge (GLU017-57) states that the demonstration is over, but Diana says “Rocket Science” one more time and the Judge has a violent growth spurt, bursting out of her robe. Diana continues laughing delirously continuing to say “Rocket Science” causing herself and everyone around her, including Hannah, to grow. Hannah warns Diana that if she doesn't stopo they will all overload with energy but Diana continues chanting “Rocket Science” while holding the crystal. Admiral Karen Summers, who is in the courtroom, begins to grow and deduces that Hannah wanted to keep the growth for herself due to the euphoric effects and changes it produces. Karen considers the growth energy to be “easy to control” and ponders to herself that Luna Masters was weak and Hannah is a fool for succumbing so easily. Bill Riggs comes up behind Karen as she grows and Karen accuses him of losing control of himself to which Bill says Karen similarly seems to have lost control but Karen states that she was only testing herself to prove that Luna and Hannah should not be in charge of the program. Bill tears off Karen's shirt and states that it looks like she can't resist it as much as she says, which Karen denies saying she chooses to grow to prove a point. Bill starts having sex with Karen and she gives in to the growth. Bill states that he wants to make the growth permanent and that he needs Karen's help to take care of Luna and Hannah. After they unload their energy Bill and Karen head out, with Bill stating he will handle Luna while Karen will talk with Hannah.

Later on, Luna Masters asks Bill Riggs why she is under watch and hooked up to a decom trainer and Bill replies that he needs to re-clear Luna to work on government sites. Bill dismisses the soldiers in the room and locks Luna's arms onto the decom trainer to start a decom test. Luna passes the first twenty levels of the test easily so Bill then starts an ultra decom test which Luna reminds him are not safe to run on earth, but Bill proceeds anyway. Luna gets to level one hundred with only a moderate change of 2.7% and her breasts growing slightly, but Bill uses the trigger phrase “Rocket Science” to make Luna lose control and start growing out of her clothes. Bill uses the trigger phrase again and berates Luna for her lack of control, playing with one of her nipples. Luna has an orgasm from the nipple play and Bill grabs both nipples telling Luna he knows what she likes after watching the vids of her sexual acts with Roger Benton and Alexander Dunn. Bill continues using the trigger phrase and begins to grow himself telling Luna the more she tries to resist the growth the more it makes him grow. Meanwhile, Karen Summers is interrogating Hannah Stromberg who is also strapped down to a chair. Karen gets a message from Bill and tells Hannah he wants to speak with her. Hannah gets on the line and Luna yells to her that Bill has the energy crystal and that Luna is building to an explosion. Karen starts growing telling Hannah that more growth means more power and that it's pointless to resist. Bill starts squeezing Luna's breasts making her expel energy fluid over the surrounding area.

Elsewhere on Killian Base the energy fluid from Luna Masters leaks through the vents and starts flooding the lower levels of the base. The soldiers in those areas are covered in the fluid and they work to clean up, noting that the fluid reads neutral and being aware that Luna and Hannah Stromberg are being interrogated. Meanwhile Luna and Bill Riggs have been grown quite large and Bill gives Luna the cue to utter the trigger phrase, activating the energy she had spilled on all of the soldiers and causing them to grow. Private Angela (GLU017-76) is trying to reboot the server and starts to grow, noting that her shoes are tight and thinking she must have put on her sisters by accident. Angela walks away, her feet bursting out of her shoes and then her bra falling to the ground as her breasts expand falling down to her feet. Angela states that an outbreak should not be possible and that they are too volatile and then notices Private Karen (GLU007-35) growing nearby. Bill notices Luna trying to masturbate and make herself orgasm and states that he can help her with that and the two proceed to have sex. Bill states he needs the energy stored in Luna's breasts and Luna replies that it doesn't work like that, but Bill explains that he is draining Luna instead of filling her. Luna has an orgasm and shrinks back to normal, while Bill stays grown. Karen reports to Bill that the base is locked down for at least twleve hours and that all they need to do is find the energy crystal. Bill and Karen walk off and leave Luna behind.

Alexander Dunn finds Luna Masters and tells her they need to leave, Luna asks where since the base is locked down. After getting some clothes, Luna breaks down stating she is tired of being targeted by various people like Bill Riggs for her energy storage capability. Luna concedes that Hannah Stromberg may be right about her lack of willpower. Alexander notifes Luna that Bill and Karen Summers are looking for the energy crystals and Luna sets off saying that Bill and Karen are probably looking in the wrong place and that she knows the base better. Meanwhile Bill who is still grown approaches two personnel asking them where the crystal storage tanks are and the female personnel states only she and Hannah Stromberg know the location. The female and male personnel starts growing out of her clothes and the female personnel states she'll show them where the crystals are after they finish having sex with the male soldier.
