Luna is frustrated after the growth episode with Alexander and is being comforted by Hannah on the Luxembourg. Benton approaches her with an idea. Benton correctly guesses that Luna is an energy battery and surmises that she will overload in about twenty minutes if she does not take an antidote he prepared. Benton subliminally implants the phrase “Rocket Science” into Luna's mind so that the next time she hears it she will grow uncontrollably.

Luna wakes up and learns that Benton is in his cell with Mika. She requests help from Alexander to remove the hypnosis placed on her by Benton but she starts growing and says the trigger phrase before Alexander can finish. Hannah reports to the Med Bay to find Luna and Alexander growing. Luna broadcast the trigger phrase on the Base-Wide Intercom and starts a breakout at Killian Base.

Madame President is flying on Air Force One when her assistant gets a call from the Luxembourg. Hannah relays the trigger phrase to the assistant and starts a growth outbreak on the plane. The President and her assistant grows along with the two pilots of the plane leading to an emergency landing. Private Reynolds approaches the president's daughter Heather in her crash box and uses the trigger phrase to make her grow out of the box. Heather manages to find a way to stop the growth outbreak and reset everyone.

Luna is grilled by the President and ordered to find out how Benton orchestrated the trigger phrase. Luna asserts that Benton is a “power hungry egoist” and aims to prove it, challenging Benton to a game of poker. Luna beats Benton ten times in poker so Benton starts using his willpower to make Luna grow as the two continue playing poker. The two continue with a few more poker games steadily growing until they start to have sex. Mid-coitus Luna asks Benton how he controls the growth and he answers that the key is a high dose of vitamin C. Luna starts to overload Benton with energy, letting the pressure build until he unloads into her mouth, draining him and absorbing his energy. Luna states that now that she has Benton's energy she can perfect her research on the energy transmitter while Benton will now just be a normal person. Luna has Benton placed back into his cell with the Furiharas.

Benton is thrown back in his cell with Naomi and Luna drinks a glass of orange juice to see if Benton's claims about it are true. Luna immediately starts growing, breaking out of her lab on the Luxembourg into the main room. Luna decides not to try and decom herself but instead absorb all the energy and overload. Luna grows large enough to breach the hull of the Luxembourg where her growth peters out long enough for her to fashion a makeshift bra from parts of the ship's hull.

Luna spots the energy converter on the Luxembourg and devises a plan to switch it to her frequency. Meanwhile Lieutenant Chang and Senator Robbins approach Luna in a shuttle with Alexander Dunn and Roger Benton locked up in the back. Senator Robbins floods the cell with energy with the goal of causing Benton and Alexander to grow and overload Luna. The cell leaks energy causing Chang and Robbins to grow out of their suits and the two ladies have sex with Alexander and Benton. All four grow out of the shuttle, and Benton and Alexander force Chang and Robbins to unload on the Luxembourg instead of Luna, overloading the shields.

A growth outbreak takes place on the Luxembourg among the crew as the shields are overloaded by Chang and Robbins. Naomi Furihara is hit by a blast of energy from her friend Robert and grows, remarking that the energy is taking effect much faster than it did in the past.

Benton absorbs energy from the Luxembourg and grows, but Luna is still nearly twice his size. Luna states that because she has all the reserve energy, Benton can't grow any more. Luna grows to nearly fifty times larger than the Luxembourg but Benton surprises her by keeping pace with her size. Benton grabs Luna's nipples and as both of them grow commands Luna to unload all of her energy onto Earth. As the two have sex Luna begins to exhibit signs of overloading, her stomach bloating. Both Luna and Benton unload on Earth, the epicenter of the blast being centered on Killian Nevada.

Students at Killian University are infected by the energy unloaded by Luna and Benton and start growing. A student and her driving instructor succumb to the growth effects and the Killian Base also experiences an outbreak.

Two Decom Mechs, Decom Mech Five manned by Sergeant Marsha Crowley and Decom Mech Six manned by Sergeant Miller arrive at the school to quell the growth outbreak. Both of them grow out of their mech suits and start to have sex.

Hannah is up on the Luxembourg and gets a report of energy spikes in the mid-west United States. She pilots an Assault Suit down to Earth to quell the outbreak. Down on Earth Sheriff Weathers stops a woman for speeding and both proceed to grow and engage in oral sex before Hannah arrives and decoms them. Hannah enlists Sheriff Weathers to help her by manning the Mobile HQ while Hannah decoms Killian University. Hannah decoms the college but the Mobile HQ is overloaded with energy and Weathers grows out of the vehicle, grabbing Hannah as she returns. Weather's soaks the area with Super Growth Energy and Hannah grows out of her suit, receiving anal sex from Weathers. Weather's demands to know Luna's location, which Hannah reveals is currently up on the Luxembourg, and the two continue to have sex.

Luna and Alexander are being kept in a Decom Room on board the Luxembourg. The two reminisce about the events of Growth Lab 13 (GLU013), talk about Luna's large breasts and begin to bicker over Alexander's height. As the two banter back and forth they begin growing and have brief sexual relations before Alexander relents and the room restores them to normal size. They then head to the Comm Room to change and then Luna's lab. The two start up a Decom Test to ensure their energy levels are in a safe range, both lying in separate Decom Tables. Luna recommends a Level 25 test but they are unable to make it past Level 22. Alexander inquires about the limits of the test to which Luna answers that it can got to Level 100 in extreme cases with Level 120 being the absolute highest. Luna and Alexander override the system to have a max level Decom Test. Both grow exceedingly large to the point that Luna breaches the hull of the Luxembourg, this time breaking the ship completely in half, essentially destroying it. Luna and Alexander have sex and discharge in space and the two fall to Earth, landing in Paris, France. The two head to the apartment of an old roommate of Luna's who is a Cern researcher.

Luna and Alexander arrive at the apartment and get dressed in formal clothes per Luna's request and the two go on a date starting with dinner at an upscale restaurant. The two have a nice dinner and then proceed to stop by a Bookstore/Coffee Shop. There Luna explains to Alexander how those infected by growth energy can infect others just by thinking about it (aka. willpower. Luna notices she has grown slightly, playfully accusing Alexander, after which the two play Dragon Boy on portable MG (Mobile Gaming) Systems Luna had brought with her. Luna places Bio Monitor Stimulators on both of their heads which have been modified to cause the wearer to grow if they lose the game. Luna and Alexander play multiple rounds of Dragon Boy until the two grow large enough to hit the ceiling of the shop. The shopkeeper Lisa also grows and then Luna and Alexander grow, bursting out of the roof of the building. Luna gives oral sex to Alexander as the two continue growing.

Benton is in a mobile Decom Vehicle with Hannah testing a system to try and decom Luna and Alexander. Benton and Hannah grow out of the van before they reach Luna and Alexander and Benton proceeds to have intercourse with Hannah. Luna approaches from behind as Benton continues to grow and then transform, his penis splitting apart into multiple phallus' which unload and start an outbreak on the outskirts of Paris, France.

The French Government sends Photon in an advanced Decom Suit to stop the outbreak. Photon finds Benton and deploys a Decom Field to drain his energy along with Hannah and Luna. Photon takes Benton into custody and informs Luna and Hannah that she has absorbed all of the energy and is now in control of it. Photon and Luna don special decom suits as Photon remarks she is close to her limit after decoming Luna. Benton breaks free on the way into custody and causes a minor growth outbreak before Photon arrives and shrinks him down again. Luna and Photon argue over who can contain energy better, Luna stating that Photon's recent success is nothing due to her lack of experience. Luna begins to grow in the truck to test Photon and the two ladies burst out of the truck until they start leaking energy back out into the surrounding area.

Benton is sitting in custody and begins to get affected by the excess energy being giving off by Luna and Photon. The woman guarding him is infected by the energy as well and both of them grow, bursting out of their clothes. The woman retrieves clothes that can fit on their larger forms and they head off to find Luna and Photon. The woman continues to grow bursting out of her clothes again and encourages Benton to have sex with her. Luna and Photon continue to grow larger and leak more energy.

Hannah confronts Dr. Susan Lee Hughes about her role in the Growth Virus as multiple outbreaks are detected and an influx of energy causes Dr. Hughes to start growing. Alexander and Hannah find an abandoned TV van and attempt to reconfigure it to serve as a decom station. Both Hannah and Alexander grow out of their clothes before finishing the job but Alexander cuts the growth short shrinking them back down. Hannah and Alexander put on decom suits and hearing Alexander boast about his ability to resist growing, Hannah grabs Alexander's crotch, mimicking what he did to Luna in GLU014 Scene 12. Both Hannah and Alexander build to a climax. Hannah is smacked by Luna's breast as Luna arrive pleading Hannah to not blow, as it would spread the outbreak further. Hannah does not listen and unloads energy to the surrounding area.

The French Prime Minister is giving a speech when a growth wave passes through the area causes her to start growing. Audience members also start to grow as the outbreak spreads.
