Luna Masters and Bruce Banner (The Hulk) are locked in mech decom suits until they can be fully drained of energy. Luna and Bruce start growing but Bruce reroutes the armor's power and they shrink back to normal. Professor Zoran (GLU027-154) appears, observing them from a platform above, and Bruce starts growing again. Luna states she's going to work on the problem of mass decoms while Bruce continues to grow. Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk) approaches Luna and asks if she needs any supplies and then goes on to explain that whenever anyone is decomed, the energy is stored in storage tanks, referring to one nearby as an example. Luna is unconvinced that storing the decom energy provides a viable path to a solution. Meanwhile Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) notifies Rudy Jones (The Parasite) that they must go deal with the main containment center. Rudy is skeptical Wonder Woman can handle growth energy well so she storms off and finds Jen. Rudy grows rapidly as the energy affects him. Meanwhile, Private Sharon Crystal (GLU028-10) and two others are outside preparing to decom the main containment room. One of Crystal's friends says the Goo is untested but Crystal ignores them and eats the goo, which she says tastes like candy but she grows. Sometime later, Crystal wakes up in the midst of the wreck of the crashed S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.

Crystal finds Luna in the midst of the wreck as well and the two of them, along with Roger Benton, Bill Riggs, ride Decom Train Alpha to Substation Sex the largest decom center in the United States according to Bill. The train stops and everyone starts growing, Bill tells Luna they have not stopped at a decom station, but a charge zone, as they all grow out of the train. Karen Summers observes the group from a nearby chamber, telling her assistant to turn on the generator. Bill and Benton have sex with Luna and the energy drainers synthesize a batch of goo which Karen notes reads totally inert. Karen tells her assistant to bring the sample to the conference room but the assistant tells her the sample was stolen. Private Julie (GLU028-24) asks Karen how she lost the sample, and Karen calls in Monica Rambeau (Captain Marvel) to do an energy check on each member. Monica checks and clears Julie and Karen and only grows slightly but once she starts to clear Bill she takes on a surge of energy and asks to check him again. Monica continues to redo her energy check on Bill as both of them grow out of their clothes and Luna and Julie start to grow as well. Julie replies that the door is locked and Luna suggests opening it but Karen refuses to until Monica finishes checking everyone. Luna tells Karen her plan is toast, Karen fires back saying she still has a backup.

The CEO of Supra Inc. John Wagner shows off the goo to his board of executives and presents them each with an equal portion telling them to ingest it and they will see results in thirty minutes. Miss Anderson (GLU020-58) objects that Wagner promised more than that but he assures her the seven years development on the goo and the trillion dollars worth of capital put into it will be worth it. Ms. Anderson threatens Wagner that she will replace him as CEO if he fails. Fifteen minutes later Miss Anderson comes back to Wagner's office stating she wants to be there to see him fail. Ten minutes later Miss Anderson states she feels better, healthier, but then rapidly grows out of her clothes. Wagner is surprised that the goo did not work as he also grows and Miss Anderson asks him about the others who consumed the goo. Meanwhile we see a male board member who ingested the goo sitting at his desk when he calls his Secretary Jensen (GLU028-38) in to ask if she has heard from Wagner. She replies no and they both begin to grow out of their clothes. Meanwhile another female board member feels no change after thirty minutes and assumes Wagner failed. As she makes her way back to her office plotting to put in a new CEO she starts growing and bursts out of her clothes as she walks down the hallway. Ken (GLU028-43) grows from the goo as well and starts playing with the enlarged breast of another female board member nearby as she revels in the growth.

Meanwhile, Sue Storm-Richards (Mrs. Fantastic) and who appears to be Peter Parker (Spiderman) are in the lobby asking to get access to the upper floor. Once in the elevator it is revealed that it is not actually Spiderman, but Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic) in a Spiderman suit. Reed states its because they can't know he is in the building but Sue states it is because Reed likes to experiment. Sue turns away from Reed angrily and Reed starts to grow. Reed grows out of his suit and Sue starts to grow as well and bursts out of her suit.

Meanwhile, Luna Masters and Roger Benton are still having sex when Anna Marie (Rogue) flies in and decoms them both. Luna tells Benton she needs to get to a vault quickly because she is building to another discharge so they head there. Once at the vault Luna has Benton place some catalyst crates down and then she closes the vault doors, stating the outbreak will last for hours. Luna tells Benton to settle down and Luna tells Benton to drink from bottles of liquid inhibitor, stating that as long as they drink it the energy they absorb will be nullified. Benton states the drink tastes terrible but Luna replies to man up and they both start drinking. As they both drink they converse about the risks of growing and they both admit that they fall prey to their urges when grown. Luna starts commenting on Benton's suspenders and bow tie, and Benton replies that he is trying to look mature, getting a laugh out of Luna. Luna takes Benton's bow tie and says he needs a change of costume while Benton fires back that Luna's Navy Commander Suit is no better. Luna unzips her suit showing Benton how her breasts have grown nearly six cup sizes due to her recent growth escapades. Luna continues on stating that she's been hiding from everyone that she is building up a charge and she then proceeds to tell Benton to remove his suspenders. After taking them off Benton Luna completely removes the jacket of her commander suit and puts on Benton's suspenders over her naked breasts. The two continue drinking and they both slowly start to grow until they run out of liquid inhibitor. Benton notices that his suspenders on Luna have broken, and Luna replies she still has the bow tie but that soon snaps off as well. Luna Masters puts on five compression shirts and walks out of the vault, going to meet Supra CEO John Wagner. Wagner states he called Luna in to discuss her experience with the coding for the growth matrix. Wagner goes on to state that Luna's tests and failures have cost the company a huge amount of money and that despite the failures the company has concentrated the the essences of her research into a substance called the goo which can now make super soldiers. Luna is surprised and Wagner replies that they simply found someone smarter than her, and continues to denigrate Luna saying her results were mundane and her work was substandard. Luna fidgets and starts growing and Wagner goes on to say they needed a test subject for the goo, someone who was already a battery and that during one of the outbreaks the company provided energy drinks to those affected, of which Luna was among them. Wagner then reveals the energy drinks contained the goo and wonder how much Luna drank as her breasts burst open her jacket. Wagner tries to guess how many bottles Luna drank as she grows and he starts playing with her breasts. Alexander Dunn arrives and Luna asks him to run a decom but Alexander gets busy tying his shoes and grows out of his clothes in the process. Two weeks later at Killian Military Base Luna Masters laments to Alexander Dunn about being loaded with the new energy variant courtesy of the goo. Luna laments that the pack she brought cannot absorb all of the goo there, but she has an idea. Luna finds the interface for the storage vault and programs it to dump the energy. Luna's stomach starts expanding and she grows huge. Later Luna meets up with Alexander, naked and her breasts are now larger and heavier. Luna states she managed to absorb all the goo energy herself and to call Supra Inc. while she gets dressed.

John Wagner walks into his office and finds Luna Masters sitting in his seat. Wagner asks Luna why she is there and and Luna states that as of seven AM this morning she was CEO of Supra Inc.. Wagner replies by saying the trigger phrase to try and make Luna grow, but nothing happens. Wagner says the trigger phrase three more times but Luna still doesn't grow, although a low beeping sound can be heard. Luna states that she removed the trigger word, and says the trigger phrase a couple of times herself, but Alexander Dunn calls Luna on the radio telling her to stop messing around. Outside of the Supra Corp Alexander warns Luna that she is maxing out the dampers on the remote decom van. Back inside Wagner notices that Luna is using a portable decom unit and continues saying 'rocket science' and Luna asks him to show himself out noting that she is getting close to her limit. Wagner tells Luna that he knows her portable decom unit is about to overload, surprising Luna, and continues to say the trigger phrase as Luna begins to lose her composure. Alexander notifies Luna that the device is failing and she is too soaked with goo. Luna's breasts burst out of her dress and she turns to walk away saying she has a board meeting. Wagner tells her this is enough, that she is about to blow and that the goo plus her battery powers are too unstable. Luna replies she is stable and Wagner says they will see at the board meeting. After Wagner leaves, Luna calls in Alexander to help her prep for the meeting.

Luna Masters decoms and puts on a new dress with help from Alexander Dunn and heads to the meeting. When Luna enters the room for the meeting she is surprised to see only John Wagner who asks Luna to have a seat so they can go over her transfer to be CEO of Supra Inc.. Wagner states there is concern that Luna is unsuitable for the position so they must do a test. Luna asks what type of test and Wagner replies that it has already started, the room they are inside has been slowly soaked with low level energy. Luna states she is ready for it, but immediately starts growing, her breasts spilling over her dress. Luna continues to slowly grow but insists she is doing fine while Wagner also starts to slowly grow. Wagner states there is one last test, walking over to Luna and lets his cock rest on her expanding breasts. Luna replies that she is a better version of Rogue, which starts an argument between her and Rogue. Wonder Woman interjects but Rogue continues stating that Luna is unsafe. Rogue tries to absorb Luna's energy and grows to a humongous size rapidly. Luna states that Rogue's growth is unimpressive and starts growing herself and Wonder Woman starts growing as well. Meanwhile we see Lieutenant Chang (GLU015-62) notify Senator Robbins (GLU014-99) about the heroes growing. Robbins states that is the reason she called Roger Benton and Alexander Dunn. Benton and Alexander converse and start growing out of their clothes. Chang starts growing and tries to notify Senator Robbins but the Senator is busy watching Benton's cell on her phone. Robbins asks Chang if she knows why she was requested to be there and while Robbins addresses Benton, Chang's breasts extend directly out of her shirt, her nipples elongating nearly seven feet long. Benton and Alexander have sex with Robbins and Chang and then leave.

Later John Wagner is seen tending to a woman sleeping on the ground and local law enforcement detains him. Law enforcement hands off Wagner to Private Rollins (GLU028-127) who takes him to a decom track and tells him to get in. Inside the truck Wagner finds Bill Riggs who states he is also infected like Wagner. Rollins tells the truck to take off but Bill starts growing and Rollins follows suit. Bill and John start having sex with Rollins and they break out of the van, wrecking it. Later we see Luna Masters and Rollins waiting for decom in handcuffs. Luna and Rollins start growing and their nipples tear apart, splitting open horizontally like a mouth gushing fluid.

Later we see Doctor (GLU028-138) giving a checkup to Bill Riggs saying no residual energy is detected. Doctor states that he will bring the quad decoms online for Luna's checkup, and Bill recommends using the Hammond Protocol for dealing with Luna. The Doctor is hesitant, but Bill insists it is necessary. The Doctor begins Luna's checkup by locking her down in a chair and Luna is immediately suspicious but the doctor assures her this is normal for someone with her capabilities. The procedure makes Luna grow slightly, her expanding breasts forcing open her uniform. The doctor apologizes to Luna and Luna states she'll be fine and asks him if he has any suggestion to shrink her back. The doctor states he has a test decom bracelet that will absorb and redirect growth energy into Luna making a safe feedback loop of sorts. Luna remarks that her breasts are her storage units as her breasts continue to grow, and the doctor states he will turn it on. However the doctor starts feeling Luna's breasts and begins growing. The doctor and Luna have sex in order to decom.

Later, Luna Masters and the Doctor (GLU028-138) look at her test results and realize that Luna's energy levels are quite unstable and has only a week or less until she overloads. Luna goes to Alexander Dunn's house where he is playing video games and brings along Roger Benton, Bill Riggs, and the Doctor. Luna explains that she is bloated with energy from the three of them and she needs a sample of each of their energy signatures. If she doesn't get the samples Luna states she will explode causing a chain reaction. To collect the samples the doctor theorizes that Luna should do a personal decom with each of them by giving them blowjobs. Luna starts with Benton and they both grow slightly by the time Luna finishes. Luna does the same with Alexander and when she asks who is next Benton steps up again. The Doc states that Luna is causing an internal chain reaction before growing out of his clothes and all four men start having sex with Luna in order to unload. Sitting down in the movie theater Luna starts growing and suddenly security begins checking her theater. Luna continues to grow and infects nearby people until she is beamed up in a flying saucer hovering above the movie theater.

Armana (GLU028-174) approaches Luna Masters on the ship and tells her she has been summoned to account for her crimes and that she has tapped into forbidden powers that are weakening the fabric of the universe. Armana tells her guards to remove Luna and has her put on a decom suit. Luna asks how they got her technology, but Armana says Luna stole it from them. Armana explains they are from the future and the energy virus is from their time, and they have been sent to the current time to stop Luna. Armana places her hand on Luna's head and attempts to decom her but the process takes longer than expected. Armana finishes and leaves Luna, going to her chambers to rest where she begins growing, wondering how Luna can hold so much energy. Armana continues expanding out of her clothes and requests a phalanx gem and a new uniform to be brought to her room while she self_decoms herself through masturbation. Later Armana has Luna brought in and asks her to tell her about the energy triggers and Luna utters the trigger phrase causing them both to grow out of the clothes. Armana asks the helm of the ship to bring them down to Killian as both she and Luna self-decom, Armana expressing that it doesn't seem like the best way to decom while Luna suggests it is since it doesn't involve growing men.

Armana (GLU028-174) and Luna Masters approach Killian Military Base to steal an energy crystal and run into Roger Benton who Armana beats up mercilessly. Benton, kneeling on the floor, grows rapidly and stops the ladies from leaving as Bill Riggs approaches who tells Benton to show Armana how a personal decom is done. Benton ejaculates liquid energy onto Luna who starts growing along with Bill. Armana starts growing and she and Luna have sex with Bill and Benton and eventually decom. Luna, still feeling the effects of the energy, tries to give Benton a titty-fuck but Armana pulls her away to get the energy crystal.

Continuing on to find the crystal, Armana (GLU028-174) and Luna Masters run into Tony Stark (Iron Man) who starts growing and bursts out of his suit. Tony uses the trigger phrase to make Luna grow and burst out of her clothes and they start to have sex. Armana runs back and finds Roger Benton, who is back to normal, to tell him Luna is out of control. Benton grows again and he asks Armana why she hasn't gotten in on the fun, ripping her uniform off as she grows again. Meanwhile, Tony asks Luna if she's ready for another big event like the Prom Night Incident.
