Luna Masters is demoted to science officer first class for her frequent growth outbreaks and sexual escapades and is assigned to work on the Endeavor under Gary Williams. Alexander Dunn and Luna head up in a shuttle to the Endeavor space ship and Luna reports to Gary who says she is late and to take her position.

Luna provides navigational instruction to Gary, scanning for other ships and energy matrix patterns so the ship can avoid them as it travels. The Endeavor flies past the Luxembourg wreck and Gary orders Karen Summers to move the ship toward the Luxembourg reactor. Luna reports unusual readings form the core but Gary says to proceed onward with shields at full. The Luxembourg reactor core is loaded on board the Endeavor and Gary asks Karen to activate protocol six. Luna notifies Gary that the Luxembourg core was activated in the hangar and Karen, Gary, and Luna start to grow. Gary and Karen start having sex and Luna quickly inputs the reactor codes she remembers and shuts it down before she grows too big. Gary angrily asks Luna why they aren't growing and orders his crew to get the reactor back online, telling Luna to continue scanning for ships.

In her quarters Luna Masters puts on compression shirts so she can get close to the reactor without being recognized and shut it down permanently. Luna gets access to the reactor but before she can override the safety Gary Williams approaches and she must line up with the other soldiers. Gary orders them to turn the reactor on and Luna immediately starts growing. Luna falls on her hands and knees and Gary begins having sex with her as they both grow until they unload on the nearby crew. Gary tells Luna they will repeat this as many times as it takes to make the growth permanent and has Luna taken to a holding cell.

A female soldier takes Luna Masters out of her holding cell and brings her to the bridge telling her that Gary Williams has left the Endeavor on a shuttle with Karen Summers to find the auxiliary generator on board the Luxembourg. Luna asks for the deck of the Endeavor to be cleared of men and requests a video feed of the Luxembourg. On board the Luxembourg Gary and Karen activate the auxiliary generator and begin to grow. Gary orders Private Cameron (GLU029-26) to turn on the Endeavor's energy collectors and after doing so Cameron begins growing. Luna determines that the Endeavor is a lost cause and decides to find a shuttle to escape. As Luna makes her way to the shuttle bay a crewman notices and recognizes her and starts growing. Luna continues on her away but is slowly growing and the crewman eventually catches up to her but the roof of the elevator is ripped off and the crewman is thrown to the side by Gary who asks Luna for a discharge.

Five hours later Luna Masters and Gary Williams have discharged and Gary states that all the energy released is now back in the Luxembourg reactor. Luna states the reactor is unstable and might cause a chain reaction which Gary states is part of the plan. Luna goes and finds Roger Benton onboard the Endeavor to ask for his help but he is uninterested. Benton accuses Luna of being just as bad as Gary or Bill Riggs with regard to her addiction to the growth and desire for power, which Luna can't argue with. Benton refuses to help and Luna gets upset and starts to grow, affecting Benton and causing them both to grow out of their clothes. Within their infected state Luna and Benton are attracted to the Luxembourg and decide to get closer to it to absorb the energy stored there. Luna and Benton have sex so they can shrink to a normal size in order to board a shuttle and after decoming Luna regains her senses and tells Benton they need to destroy the Luxembourg.

On earth in Killian City we see Naomi Furihara at her job where a TV shows a broadcast about a growth outbreak in orbit. Naomi's coworker asks her about the news report but Naomi states it's too far away to affect them. Naomi asks her coworker Mark (GLU029-48) for help in getting a decom bracelet off of her ankle and he agrees. Mark makes Naomi promise not to grow until she is clear of the building and Naomi agrees but crosses her fingers. As soon as the bracelet is off Naomi starts growing and Mark grows as well, destroying the building they are in.

Meanwhile Luna Masters, who is passed out, gets loaded onto a shuttle on the Endeavor and Gary Williams asks Benton to take the shuttle in close to the Luxembourg and disperse energy so they can hack the computer. Benton agrees and not soon after the shuttle heads out Luna wakes up and Benton notifies her of where they are heading. Luna tells Benton that Gary knows if she and Benton have sex it will super charge the Endeavor with energy and that they need to get off the shuttle. Benton and Luna both grow before they can finish putting on their space suits. However Benton and Luna's shuttle vanishes along with the Luxembourg reactor and Gary starts scanning North America to try and locate them.

Tony Stark (Iron Man) tells Luna Masters that he transported her and Roger Benton away from the Endeavor and are currently studying the Luxembourg reactor. Luna insists that they should destroy it but Iron Man states they are better equipped then Luna to deal with it. Meanwhile Monica Rambeau (Captain Marvel) and Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) are working on de-powering the reactor. Captain Marvel and Luna argue and before Marvel can decom Luna she accidently says the trigger phrase and they both start growing.

Marvel and Tony start having sex and Luna slips away, taking one of Captain Marvel's costumes in order to disguise and escape. On her way out Luna runs into Bruce Banner (The Hulk) who tells her they have to assemble so she follows him to avoid suspicion. At the assembly Steve Rogers (Captain America) explains that Iron Man and Captain are studying the Luxembourg reactor and calls in Iron Man to give a report. Luna realizes Iron Man is stuffed with residual energy and will infect the whole room momentarily. As Iron Man starts to speak, Luna along with Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow) begin to grow in the back of the room. Captain America and Tony also start growing and Tony calls in Captain Marvel who encourages the group to just let the growth happen, as she bursts out of her clothes, stating it's good for them.

Luna sneaks out the back while still growing to avoid more energy exposure but Bruce finds her and says he can help her. Bruce states he has a car they can escape in but first they need to shrink down so he and Luna have sex and decom. Afterward Bruce gives Luna some clothes from his cousin Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk) and they leave in a van and head to Bruce's lab out at Gamma Base where he states he can help Luna.

On the way to Gamma Base, Luna Masters and Bruce Banner (The Hulk) stop at a diner to eat lunch. Luna asks Bruce about how he became the Hulk and while they are eating the Avengers arrive at the diner. Luna asks Bruce to stop them as the Hulk but Tony Stark (Iron Man) and Steve Rogers (Captain America) reveal that Bruce was on their side the whole time. Iron Man and Captain America grow along with Bruce and after milking Luna till she shrinks they take her to Triskelion for testing.

Luna Masters is outfitted with a decom suit in preparation for a meeting with the top brass, although she is skeptical the suit will be effective. Luna is notified by Senator Robbins (GLU014-99) through video chat that she is being taken out of the game. Luna's shuttle arrive at the White House and she is meets with Madam Secretary (GLU023-28) who starts growing before she can explain why she brought Luna there. Luna bursts out of her decom suit and starts having a grow-off with Madame Secretary.

Anne Furihara is giving a tour of the White House when she suddenly gets a headache and asks the group to go ahead. Director Rennant (GLU029-94) helps Mrs. Furihara to a room where she sits down and asks him to rub her shoulders. Luna turns down the power on the energy dampers to increase the speed, assuring Alexander that she'll be fine. Luna states the trip to Montana will take twenty hours and tell Alexander she is going to take a nap. Once in her room, Luna unzips her uniform, revealing that she is slowly growing. Luna searches for a portable decom unit while Alexander notices the commotion in Luna's room. Alexander knocks on the door, starting to grow, and Luna attempts to put her uniform back on but her breasts still burst out. Luna opens the door and she and Alexander have sex. Once the machines are ready Luna takes Alexander and Marcus to a master decom chamber where a set of arrays will do a full drain on them over the next twenty hours. While sitting in the decom chamber Luna agrees to play poker with Marcus and Alexander and beats them successively until the final game when Luna starts growing. Alexander escorts Luna to bed and he and Marcus play games online with Private Sandy (GLU028-137) while Luna sleeps, her body rumbling with energy. Luna wakes up and gets cleared by a scan and requests to come out early but Alexander denies it.

Bill Riggs arrives and takes Luna Masters to Killian Tech where he has to give a presentation. A student tells Luna the demonstration is for a massive non-invasive scanner and has her place her hands on two decom pads. Bill starts the presentation by asking the students to go over the energy matrix equation again. As the students work they find it hard to think and they begin to grow along with Bill Riggs. Luna pleads with a student to unlock her from the decom pads but Luna starts growing before she can be fully released. Luna tells a student Bill has tricked them and is harvesting all of their energy and the outbreak spreads across the college. Roger Benton and Bruce Banner (The Hulk) are in a room close by and start growing as well. Captain Marvel comes to her senses after discharging and alerts Tony who using his arc reactor chest piece to decom the area. Tony states the building is on quarantine just as Luna arrives in the room. Luna asks Tony how long until the decom protocols clear which Tony states is five hours. Luna replies that they need to escape within four hours then, as Tony reveals that he modified the decom protocols under the effect of the energy so that the building will be re-flooded with energy.

Luna Masters and a newly released Roger Benton get to the control rooms of Avengers Tower where Tony Stark (Iron Man) warns them a decom flood is incoming but they just need to adjust the harmonics of the system as the wave proceeds. The door locks on the control room and Luna orders Benton to keep up with her commands as she instructs him on which gates to lock in successive order. Luna and Benton start growing in the process and then have sex. Once they are released from the control room Iron Man asks to talk to Luna.

Tony Stark (Iron Man) tells Luna that the modified decom energy she absorbed from Roger Benton is a dangerous varient and that it's growing inside her. Tony Stark (Iron Man) comes in and states that the ship is only missing a power source. Stark starts growing and asks Luna for a release as his legs crash through to the lower floor. Meanwhile, Bill is on the Luxembourg Mark II bridge with helm pilots Admiral Cynthia (GLU029-240) and Admiral Kerri (GLU029-240). Bill establishes radio contact with Tony and Bill orders Cynthia and Kerri to decouple the energy dampers in Luna and Tony's room. Meanwhile outside the ship another ship orders the Luxembourg Mark II to power down and await further instructions. Bill eggs Cynthia on to respond by firing on the ship and she agrees as both she and Kerri burst out of their clothes. On the opposing ship Senator Robbins (GLU014-99) orders them to increase shields and Bruce Banner (The Hulk) notifies her that Stark is not behaving as expected.
