We see a sorceress standing over a boiling pot of liquid. The sorceress stumbles and falls head-first into the pot and pulls herself out drenched with the fluid.

Luna Masters sits in her office lamenting that nothing works to prevent her growth and she notices time is running out on the countdown to her next overload. Luna suddenly starts growing and intends to sound an alarm but quickly loses control, continuing to grow.

Luna Masters sits down in the office of Miss Gormund who asks if Luna knows why she is there. Luna guesses that Gormund is scared, Gormund replies Luna should be scared and Luna begins growing, bursting out of her clothes. Gormund continues, saying that the reason she brought Luna there was to grow. Luna grows to the top of the ceiling and Gormund releases a gas from the ceiling that shrinks Luna back to normal size. Gormund then has doctors take Luna to a containment room.

Karen Summers approaches Roger Benton from behind and tell Benton he will be coming with her. Benton refuses, but Karen grows rapidly and she sprays liquid growth energy on Benton and he quickly grows out of his clothes.

Luna Masters wakes up in a formal dress and finds Naomi Furihara in the same chamber as her. Luna and Naomi agree that this is a setup for them to grow. Naomi and Luna go back and forth as they both grow out of their clothes and Gormund watches them from an observation window above, commenting that they have no restraint. The door to Naomi and Luna's room opens and Tony Stark (Iron Man) walks in stating that Gormund trusts him as he grows out of his suit. Naomi touches Tony and chants for him to grow while herself and Luna continue to expand. Tony tries to have sex with Naomi but she orders him to go after Luna. In the observation room Gormund asks Dr. Susan Lee Hughes if they are ready and Dr. Hughes replies that this type of experiment is what infected Hannah Stromberg back in Growth Lab 7 (GLU007). Gormund replies that her company has seventy-five billion dollars invested in Project Athena and that people like Hannah messed it up so now she wants all the research and findings of the project back. Gormund presses a button against Dr. Hughes recommendation saying she'll accept the risk. Down with Luna and Naomi, the room floods with energy and they simply grow even larger. Gormund is disappointed that the test didn't work and decides to shrink Naomi and Luna back down and try a different test.

Gormund asks Luna Masters to forgive her for the previous 'training excercise' which Luna skeptically does but then replies that Gormund may have underestimated the test as Luna begins to grow again. Luna grows and Gormund begins to as well, remarking that the growth feels 'amazing' and immediately has a long orgasm, stating afterward that she needs more power. Luna and Gormund reset to normal size and Gormund comments that Luna will be useful to her and that Luna works for her now. Luna replies, while beginning to grow, that she's not keen on being bossed around and that she can show Gormund where to get 'real power'. Gormund replies that she's interested and Luna suggests they go where the easiest marks are, a night club.

Luna Masters and Gormund arrive at a night club in a limo, Luna wearing a formal dress and Gormund wearing short shorts and cropped tank top with a jacket on top. Gormund states that this method for collecting energy is absurd but Luna asks her to trust her and to watch and learn. Inside the club Gormund is skeptical that wearing revealing clothes will help but Luna reassures her. Gormund states she's not growing and Luna replies it's because she's getting all the attention and decides to go sit down while Gormund goes out and finds targets. Gormund heads to the dance floor and starts to feel the sexual energy filling her up as her breasts expand. Luna sits at a booth, commenting that Gormund's technique is awful and asks for a drink refill, shooing away men trying to talk to her as she grows out of her dress. Commenting that she needs a discharge, Luna tries to contact Alexander Dunn but he doesn't answer so she asks Roger Benton to meet her at the club. Benton arrives, initially unaware of what Luna was asking for and once he sees Luna's state tries his best to avoid staring at Luna's enlarged breasts. Luna asks Benton for a discharge and he replies that he should leave but before he can Luna incites him to start growing. Luna starts riding Benton and he eventually loses control and starts actively having sex with her. Gormund who is nearby still expanding starts to be affected by Luna and Benton's energy, her shorts and tank top barely holding on while she struggles to cope with the influx of energy. Luna and Benton finish and are preparing for another round when Gormund tells Luna they need to leave because she has seen enough and is convinced of how the energy works. Gormund continues to grow and starts having sex with Benton, mocking him saying she's had bigger before.

Gormund and Roger Benton orgasm and everyone shrinks back to normal, with Benton laying on the ground passed out. Gormund orders her staff to detain Benton in order to drain him and to also detain Luna Masters, much to her surprise. Benton and Luna are walking away in handcuffs, objecting to being detained when Benton is hit by one of the security guards and he falls forward, unable to get up due to his cuffs. Benton grows out of his clothes and restraints and Luna does as well and the two start to have sex. Gormund's guards try to decom Luna and Benton but they start growing as well. Nearby in her limo Gormund orders her staff to activate the decom array and it successfully drains the entire group, shrinking them back to normal.

Sometime after the Night Club Incident, Luna Masters talks to Gormund, accusing Gormund of milking her energy. Gormund replies that she actually wants Luna to work on the growth formula. Luna and Gormund start working in the lab, Luna comments she didn't realize Gormund was a scientist, and laments that it has been a while since she herself has been in a lab. Gormund replies that Luna is not much of a researcher, which Luna objects to, and Gormund continues saying that the only reason Luna still has a job is due to the military accepting low grade talent. Luna is perturbed, begging to grow, and Gormund continues, saying Luna is much more famous for her tits then for any scientific achievement. Luna asks if Gormund is saying she is less of a scientist and Gormund replies Luna is 'more like a cheap porn star' as Gormund begins to grow as well, outpacing Luna. Gormund challenges Luna to prove her ability as a scientist as the two grow and Luna accepts the challenge.

Later, Luna Masters has put on a formal dress and a radio earpiece through which Gormund is speaking with her. The deal is that Luna will play a poker game with a man who is an 'ace player and known womanizer' and must not grow. Luna introduces herself to the gentleman and the two begin their game. Luna wins the first game and both her and the man start to grow slowly. during the second game the man asks Luna if she is hiding something, tearing her dress and letting her breasts spill onto the table. He continues fondling Luna's breasts and the two start having sex. Afterward, Gormund mocks Luna and then notifies Luna that there is a problem.

Gormund shows Luna Masters that there has been an outbreak in the middle of Killian City and one of the infected woman has grown to be just under a mile tall, with breasts the size of mountains, laying on her back in a similar state to Naomi Furihara's state at the end of Growth Lab 7 (GLU007). Gormund states they think the woman ingested one of the prototype energy crystals like Naomi had done at that time. Gormund orders Luna to go retrieve the crystal, Luna replies she is not a safe bet, but Gormund assures her the poker game was actually intended to disperse her current energy charge. The gentlemen from the poker game re-introduces himself as an employee of Gormund, much to Luna's surprise.

Luna Masters and Ian Jonas pilot a two-person submarine-like craft which is carried via helicopter to one of the nipples of the infected colossus and dropped inside. As they hone in on the energy crystal's signature, Ian asks Luna why they were chosen to which she replies its probably some sort of trap. The shields on the ship hold out but energy surges continue to hit it and Luna, who is sitting slightly behind and above Ian in the cockpit of the ship, begins to grow. More surges hit and Luna begins to bursts out of her commander's uniform. Luna continues to grow, her legs extending past either side of where Ian is sitting, and her upper half getting lodged in the hemispherical viewing dome at the top of the submarine. Luna tells Ian to keep going but Ian gets distracted by Luna's crotch pressing against him and grabs Luna's swollen clit out of curiosity. Ian tastes the fluid leaking out of Luna and begins to grow and then proceeds to start penetrating Luna with an extremely large tongue making Luna finally burst out of the top of the submarine. Luna expands rapidly, tearing apart the submarine, and states she thinks she can re-channel the excess energy to get herself and Ian out of the infected subject. Luna swims her way to the nipple exit, pulls herself out and then drains the colossus of their energy.

Luna Masters reports to Gormund that the mission is accomplished, refusing to hand over the gem and demanding access to her old lab, promising she will discover a safe energy formula. Later we see Luna in her lab and Alexander Dunn notifies her over intercom that she has a visitor. The visitor is Roger Benton who Luna had requested to come over to help with her experiments. Benton is reluctant to help but Luna chides him into it and places him into a locked chamber. Luna does a short test and tells Benton they are done and that he should come back the next day for a final treatment. The next day Luna completes the second test and ushers Benton out quickly and slams the door. Inside the lab we see Luna has grown slightly but she levels off and finds larger clothes to wear, remarking she'll need a more durable bra if the tests continue. Some time later Luna call Benton back in the lab and conitnues to run him through the same quick tests that have no apparent effect and telling him to return the next day. After dismissing Benton, Luna has another growth spurt, telling herself she can't overdo this. The next day the test continues and Benton notices Luna's growth but she waves him off and makes him leave. The next time Benton returns Luna's breasts are clearly larger than normal, her hair has grown dramatically, and she has taped up her nipples and created a makeshift spaghetti strap bra to hold up her breasts. Luna is showing signs of energy intoxication and Benton comments that the experiments don't seem very scientific but Luna ushers him back in the chamber and asks him if she can turn the power way up for this round. Benton asks what for and Luna replies it will drain him faster but also be more painful to which Benton states no but Luna ignores him. Luna's bra snaps off breaking the control panel so she goes to manual control on a backup panel and activates the system but is surprised when she shrinks down to normal size. Luna regains her faculties and starts putting on a shielded suit to go turn off the reactor. With the suit on Luna goes to the panel, commenting that it is wired incorrectly but the panel bursts apart and Luna comments that she feels weak as she begins to grow out of the shielded suit. Benton goes to Luna who comments that she is in pain and feels like she is stretched. Benton starts growing and Luna wakes up to tell him to turn off the generator at the rear wall. Luna starts expanding rapidly and yells at Benton to get the panel, Benton flips the switch and they are both returned to normal size. Luna replies that Benton did something right for once and that they are totally decomed as she embraces Benton, who comments that Luna is acting strange. Benton and Luna fondle each other and begin to grow again and have sex. Benton is upset that Luna controls him by promising to cure him but never does. After they finish having sex Benton, who is still grown, leaves Luna who has shrunk back down and is sleeping, telling her to find another guinea pig.

Luna Masters wakes up and refuses to give up control over Roger Benton. Luna uses her lab equipment to detect Benton's energy signature and takes two security guards with her to go detain Benton. Luna finds Benton and tells him he is under arrest. Benton refuses and Luna states that he has to because he is one of the first infected and reluctantly admits that he is extremely important to the research. Benton still refuses, leading Luna to state that Benton can barely control himself and Benton accuses Luna of the same thing, stating she is as much as fault as anyone. Benton points out Luna is growing but she denies it, although she continues to expand. Benton begins to grow and once again states he will not be coming so Luna orders her security guards to detain him. However, by this point the security guards how grown out of their clothes behind Luna and when Luna asks them what they are waiting for they immediately begin to double-team Luna having sex with her. Benton orgasms and they all reset to normal.

Luna Masters wakes up and is frustrated, wondering what the missing link is to why she can't hold in energy as well anymore. Luna decides to return to the lab because the equipment there will have data on her most recent growth. Back at the lab Luna builds a new customized decom suit to suit her special needs. Luna has almost assembled the suit when a guard comes and tells her to come with them. Luna states she is barely contained in her suit and the shoulder plate pops off as Luna begins to grow. Luna bursts out of the suit but the guard activates a portable decom unit shrinking her down to size.

A military officer tells Luna Masters there has been a development and Bill Riggs takes Luna and they get in an elevator heading down to Basement Sub Level Six. As the elevator heads down both Bill and Luna grow. Bill starts drinking milk from Luna's breasts which she enjoys and the two have sex. Afterward Luna remarks they are lucky they didn't wreck the building and Bill gains a second erection. Bill grows again but Luna bids him farewell saying she has a meeting. Luna meets up with Alexander Dunn, who is wearing a mech decom suit, provides her with her commander decom suit and tells her that headquarters wants her to come in. Luna teases Alexander saying she doesn't want to go in, mimicking their massaging foreplay seen in Michelle Part 1 (GLU014). Luna and Alexander grow out of their suits and after discharging Alexander comments that Luna's breasts look bigger. Luna shrugs it off but Alexander points out that her uniform now barely fits and Luna asks to borrow a shuttle to visit the Luxembourg.

Luna Masters approaches the Luxembourg wreck in a shuttle commenting that a signal has coming from the wreck for weeks now. Luna puts on a new decom suit she designed and inside the wreck finds Professor Zoran (GLU027-154) who complements her on her suit and then explains that he has been on the Luxembourg working on Luna's energy equations. Zoran explains that Luna is different from oither infected and plugs into her suit asking her to download some data which she accepts. Luna's suit locks up and when she angrily asks why, Zoran explains he wants to run a few tests. Zoran further locks Luna's suit preventing her from moving. Zoran then tells Luna that he is also an energy battery like herself but that he cannot grow. Zoran wants to understand why Luna, who also used to be resistant, became so susceptible to growth. As the test continues, Luna grows, bursting out of her suit, but Professor Zoran easily decoms her returning her to normal size. Zoran states that he and a group have been watching Luna and tells her he wants her to meet his research commander. Luna is suspicous but agrees and Zoran takes her to see large chambers holding captured energy for research purposes. Luna expresses doubt in the research's successfulness but Zoran replies that he has much better systems in place. Luna notices a custom decom suit built by Zoran and he replies that he improved upon Luna's design, but goes further stating Luna's design was outdated and incredibly inefficient. Luna is perturbed and starts growing but Zoran activates a level one decom and shrinks Luna back, but this time her breast also shrink smaller than normal. Zoran implies that Luna's large breasts were almost entirely due to the energy she was storing which Luna confirms tacitly. A week later Luna and Zoran are working in the lab and begin the process to send the captured energy into storage. Luna warns these types of procedures never work but they continue. Luna asks where they are sending the energy, and Zoran replies they are sending it to him and begins growing, mocking Luna for her lack of control. Zoran then places his penis in the reactor and Luna decides it's time to leave. Running outside the room Luna closes the door behind her and starts growing but Zoran easily breaks the doors down stating he is overloaded. Zoran and Luna have sex and after discharge Zoran states that now that Luna has decomed under his new program she can help him and Luna agrees. Luna flies back down to earth in a shuttle and asks for an audience with base command. Luna goes to a video console to give her report but when asked for it simply begins to grow, bursting out of her commander-level decom suit.
