Karen makes her way to Las Vegas with Luna and Ultima on her trail. Hannah gets infected with the same muscle-growth mutation as Karen and is able to capture her but Ultima loses control attempting to absorb all the energy and triggers a colossal growth.

Luna makes the decision to call in Ultima Montgomery for help in reigning in Karen Summers, who turns up on the outskirts of Las Vegas. Luna and Ultima arrive at the wreckage of Zeke's Bar after Karen has growth episode and then track her to the Las Vegas Strip. Karen starts having another growth episode on the Las Vegas strip and Luna and Ultima work together to contain the energy she is emitting. Luna growth through a building and with Hannah Stromberg's help the three manage to decom Karen but Ultima overloads and her breasts swell to colossal size immobilizing her. Luna decides the best way to decom Ultima will be to have her unload into space, with the plan being for Naomi Furihara to act as the catalyst.
