Luna and her spaceship crew set off in the USS Luxembourg to track down the source of the energy surge at Cerberus Station, dealing with an engine leak as they commence the journey.

The U.S.A.F. Luxembourg's new jump drive is being prepped for launch. Luna Masters, Hannah Stromberg, and Olivia Carter are on the bridge overseeing the startup of the jump drive while Trisha Hubert is in the engine room with Grover Bukowski monitoring the stability of the engine core. Kris Patel disciplines Grover for not listening to her and Trisha and ordrs him to re-check the shield alignment to fix any leaks before the Luxembourg takes off. Unfortunately multiple leaks are already occurring. March Hayes approaches the Luxembourg in a shuttle with Vivian Prince and both grow due to energy leaks from the Luxembourg. Lorraine Sigler reports a minor growth surge to the bridge but that the dampers are holding. Jamie Cannon reports a growth surge from the science lab and begins growing. Luna decides to activate the main drive in order to drain the energy. Trisha begins growing in the engine room and tries to activate the main drive but the circuits are blown and the main mechanical breaker is too big for a normal person to move. Kris Patel grows to try and move the main mechanical but Karen grows and beats her too it and moves the breaker into place, resetting the dampers and bringing the engine to full power, reversing the growth effects. As the Luxembourg sets off, Luna reflects in her chamber on what she will have to inform the crew of regarding the larger goal of their mission to Cerberus Station.
