Bruce Banner (The Hulk) and Luna Masters wake up after they unload their energy and Luna asks Bruce to help her find a solution. Bruce agrees and takes Luna to Gamma U on Gamma Base to research a cure. Bruce creates a potion and Luna drinks it as the first step. Then Bruce tells her she needs a special decom so he straps Luna to a table and then activates the decom which clears Luna's storage capacity, shrinking her breasts from their regualarly large size down to her normal size which is a modest C-cup. Luna is surprised, stating she feels good, and she says the trigger phrase multiple times to confirm it and does not grow. Luna is very emotional when she doesn't grow and kisses Bruce thanking him for curing her.

Later the next day Luna Masters finds Bruce Banner (The Hulk) working on a Hulk-Out inhibitor using Luna's old energy signatures. That night, Bruce tries a test in secret without telling Luna but the test does not work and Bruce keeps it to himself. Afterward Bruce and Luna get ready to go on a dinner date. Luna states Bruce seems pent up and gives him a blowjob before they head out, unknowingly absorbing energy from Bruce's earlier experiments. Later while having dinner Luna reflects on being growth-free for a full month thanks to Bruce and how she can wear regular clothes now and resume her normal research. Jean Gray (Phoenix) notifies Luna Masters that Bruce Banner (The Hulk) is on a rampage and takes her and Roger Benton to the X-Men Blackbird ship, stating she already has Alexander Dunn in a decom cell and that they will need him too to fight the Hulk. Jean throws Benton into the cell with Alexander and takes Luna to a back room where she asks Luna what Banner did to her. Luna explains how Banner removed her ability to store growth energy and Jean offers to look for mental alterations by scanning Luna. During the scan Luna utters the trigger phrase and Benton and Alexander start growing in the adjacent room. Luna's butt bursts out of her pants and Jean Grey's breasts burst out of her uniform and the force field around Alexander and Benton disappears. Once there, they are greeted over the intercom by Bruce Banner (The Hulk) and the room floods with energy causing first Benton, then Alexander and Luna to grow in quick succession, bursting out of their decom suits. They fall asleep once grown and Bruce comes out stating that the three of them will be his new gamma bombs. Bruce loads the three of them in a truck to drop off on the outskirts of Killian and cause a chain reaction with the population creating a 'gamma world' so Bruce can recreate the explosions that created The Hulk.

Bruce Banner (The Hulk) pulls up to the appointed site on a hill that overlooks Killian City, while Luna Masters, Alexander Dunn and Roger Bentonare asleep inside, back to normal size with decom suits on and their mouths taped shut. Catherine (GLU007-3) and Rachel (GLU007-89) pull up to Bruce on a motorbike introducing themselves as the two lab assistants he hired. Both Catherine and Rachel were eyewitnesses to the Rave Party Incident and they mention that Cat almost got as big as Naomi and Rachel could be classified as a generator. Bruce shows them to the back of the truck where they assume they are suppossed to unload boxes. Meanwhile Bruce goes to the front of the truck to monitor them via video feed. Rachel and Catherine find Luna and Alexander and recognize Principal Benton. Luna tries to warn them to not remove their helmets lest the energy leak out but they do not understand and take the helmets off each of them. Luna, Benton, and Alexander each start to grow out of their decom suits and Catherine and Rachel follow suit as they all burst out of the truck. Benton, Alexander, and Bruce have sex with Luna, Catherine, and Rachel.

Later, Luna Masters is locked in a chair in a decom suit and she tells Bruce Banner (The Hulk) his experiments to control the sexual energy is pointless. Bruce states that he's been storing Luna's growth energy and he plans to use that to control the Hulk. Luna agrees to let Bruce do the experiment but Tony Stark (Iron Man) interrupts them stating Bruce can't eliminate the growth energy because it is valuable research. Tony destroys the control panel but the system hooked up to Luna keeps running. Bruce is distraught over the loss of the research and begins to grow but Iron Man shoots him with his repulsors. The machine keeps running and Luna grows, bursting out of her decom suit and Iron Man grows as well, noting that Luna is pulling in energy. Luna hooks her nipple up to a pump and reconfigures the decom to pump more energy and pumps until the building explores and she reverts to normal size. Luna notes that due to all the energy she's absorbed she has less than day to siphon off the energy so she heads off to Killian Lab.

Luna approaches Private Henderson (GLU030-66) and requests access to the lab under a fake name. Henderson pulls up Luna's file and, realizing who she is, takes her to a terminal in a room in the back. Luna realizes the terminal does not connect to the mainframe and tries to leave but the door is locked and the room starts to decom. Luna starts to grow and bursts out of her clothes and Henderson apologizes saying there is an order to detain Luna. Henderson starts growing and then he and Luna are transported away.

Luna Masters and Private Henderson (GLU030-66) are transported to Starsat Military Base which was built after Star Labs was shut down following the events of Growth Lab 4 (GLU004) and are greeted by Dr. Elizabeth Oso who explains to Luna that they took Luna's notes along with Dr. Susan Lee Hughes and made a new crystal matrix. Dr. Oso also states that the crystal has been active for a week but no energy is being generated and asks Luna for help. Henderson asks when he can leave and Dr. Oso states sometime tomorrow when the transport beam is recharged and takes him to the cafeteria for food. During Lunch Oso reveals to Henderson that the crystal is generating energy, they just aren't sure where it is going, which alarms Henderson but Oso assure him the base is secure due to it being deep underground. Dr. Oso begins to grow along with Henderson in the cafeteria from the excess energy in the crystal. Meanwhile Luna researches the crystal realizing that Dr. Oso may have solved the decom problem. Luna begins to grow but she turns on the energy dampers and drains herself successfully shrinking back. Luna finds Dr. Oso realizing she was probably having sex which is what caused the earlier growth. Luna wakes Oso and they leave Henderson lying on a table while Luna goes to run the final matrix. The program causes Henderson to grow and Luna and Dr. Oso follow suit. Dr. Oso has sex with Henderson and Luna states she knows where she can get more energy.

Superintendent Alice Mason approaches Roger Benton, accusing him of being responsible and turning on the TV to show that Luna Masters has gone colossal and is on a rampage in Killian City. Benton tells Alice to relax but she starts coughing and growing, her butt ripping through her skirt. Benton calls Alexander Dunn and tells him to come to the college. Alexander arrives and Alice's assistant tells him to wait outside the the office. The assistant starts growing and Alexander starts growing as well and they have sex. Meanwhile Luna is walking around at a humongous size, glad that the matrix from Dr. Elizabeth Oso is working. Benton and Alexander drive to stop Luna, growing while they are in the car. The decom bus arrive at the Onyx Compound located in the Growth Lab 1 campus and Benton is placed in an ultra decom chamber where he will stay for five days. The staff at Onyx realizes that Private Bri (GLU030-148) is missing and realizes that she snuck into Room D5 for a nap, which is the same room where Benton is being detained. Benton finds Bri asleep in the room and she wakes up and recognizes Benton calls him a pervert and storms off. The Onyx staff notify Bri that they can't unlock the door due to Benton's decom so she must stay in there until the five days are up. Bri shuts herself up in the bedroom inside the chamber, not allowing Benton to come inside. Later that night Bri begins to grow while sleeping. The next day Benton notices Bri's shirt is torn. Later on Bri's boyfriend comes down to comfort her and after he departs Bri confronts Benton. Bri starts growing and she notices the ring on her finger snap off as she grows. Benton walks away from Bri as he grows as well saying he is tired. Bri tells Benton to come back and is astonished by how large he is, and Benton points out she has grown a lot as well.

Alexander Dunn notifies Luna Masters that Roger Benton failed his decom and that they want her and Alexander to go there to help. Luna reports to Bill Riggs and tells him she refuses and resigns. Bill states that she just can't resign but Luna walks away and Bill sends an order over the radio to activate the Masters Protocol. Luna packs her things but she suddenly feels an influx of energy and grows, bursting out of the building she is in.

Kim (GLU022-104) and Megan (GLU007-85) walk down the street discussing how the growth virus is coming back. Kim feigns skepticism about the growth energy but as she walks away she is relieved that she can stop holding in the energy and begins quickly growing. Peter Parker (Spiderman) approaches her and she tells him to leave her alone and then Monica Rambeau (Captain Marvel) approaches her and decoms her.

Aboard the USN Turin Submarine the Turin Captain (GLU030-166) explains to Luna Masters that they are heading to the city of Atlantis under the sea. The captain and Alexander recon the city and discover that the city is powered by energy crystals as well. The captain and Alexander plan to confiscate the Atlantis crystals but the captain grows so they head back to the ship to decom. Back on the ship the captain calls Luna in and then asks her to bring Benton in. Luna starts growing and the captain does as well. Luna's breasts burst through to the floor below and Benton knocks on the door to their room. Benton opens the door and immediately starts growing. Alexander enters the room as well and notifies the captain that he found something back in the Atlantis crystal room as he starts growing. Alexander and Benton have sex with Luna and the ship captain and after discharging Alexander notifies them that he found another energy crystal. They pilot the ship and discover Atlantis' main power source.

As the USN Turin Submarine approaches the Atlantis power source, Luna Masters, the Turin Captain (GLU030-166), Alexander Dunn, and Roger Benton are mesmerized by the size of the crystal and the captain orders the ship to get closer to the crystal.
